went here in college when i was rather on the broke side. the chick that cut my hair left and went to diva's on main, which i am not sure is even in business. well, i decided to go to edgar. he is awesome. last time i went there it was like 40 for a cut and style. only drawback is that edgar is sort of a diva and thus will make you wait even if you have an appointment.
