You know that moment when you know you're in love? You know, when your eyes become hazy and the world seems to spin round and round like a free swinging pendulum? It's that moment of pure bliss where your heart beats so fast that you can feel it in your chest and hear it so loud that it drowns out your thoughts, leaving nothing but you and your love. Well, I sort of had this moment with some spaghetti. Go fig.
This certified dream boat of a dish is called Spaghetti con Salsetta and it's is a total whore, offering itself to any patron who enters the restaurant. Go crazy and have some hot, steamy, spaghetti lovin' with some slow cooked tomato sauce, braised short ribs, pork and ricotta.
