Taste of Curry

Tandoor chicken and lamb vindaloo were very tasty! Mango juice tasted fresh squeezed and plain lassi was refreshing. prices very reasonable and everything was freshly prepare. We will be back for sure.

This is absolutely NOT authentic Indian food. Ordered chicken saag, butter chicken, vegetable samosas, and garlic naan for a total of $78. The chicken saag was tender thighs, but it was added to the Saag sauce which was a puree...like baby food, that's not traditional for Saag. The butter chicken was boiled cubed chicken breast added to a flavorless butter chicken sauce that tasted like the jarred butter chicken sauce I get from the grocery store. For both chicken dishes you could tell that the chicken was cooked by itself and then just added to a ready-made sauce. They only had whole wheat naan, and the naan tasted like chewy dense pizza dough, no airy-ness or bubbles. The naan was completely inedible, like microwaved leftover frozen pizza.

I've had Indian in the middle east, and in several other states, and this is by far the absolute worst.

I'm generally a great good reviewer, and love giving 5 star reviews, but it is an absolute disgrace to call this Indian food.

All in all the food is good, very spicy which I like- everything tastes authentic and the samosas are great BUT the salt level is very powerful! There's no break, all three entrees are very salty and even the white rice alone is too salty so mixed with the curry it's too much.
Also, we ordered take out food, the restaurant was completely empty yet the food took an hour- in fact a few mins over an hour... perhaps they were busy with to go orders, which is understandable but also the woman at the front was rather unfriendly.

Will go back one more time to try again

On the good side, the mango lassi was tasty, and generously served. The food itself was decent. I'd give it 3 stars.
HOWEVER - It took 80 minutes to be served our food! 80! We were the only ones there. Uzma was sweet, and very apologetic. I feel bad she came to our table and saw my 2 stars on my phone as I wrote before we left.. It wasn't her, but the cooks who took all that time for our food to get to us. I think they should hire new ones.

Food was a sad imitation of Indian cuisine. Lamb biryani was dry, too spicy, because I ordered mild and lacked any Indian cuisine subtlety. The nan was very doughy and thick. Please don't expect the Indian cuisine that you experience in London, NYC or Miami.

Jose and I ordered, and then waited in the parking lot for nearly an hour just to get 2 entrees. AND THEN I remembered your previous experience

Note from a family member. Service at this restaurant if just AWFUL. See the other reviews. Food is great, service and ambiance nothing short of atrocious! I will not go there myself. Always apologize to Door Dash and tip extra because they have to hang around waiting endlessly for food to be ready. How they stay in business a mystery.

What horrible service! Went there and was seated by someone who kept saying it was her first day. Then it took 10 minutes to get our water and even longer to have our orders taken. Then we waited, and waited all while 3 other parties sat without food. The owner didn't seemed too concerned, as she was too busy talking with a customer who's young daughter was friends with hers. To the point the kids were chasing each other through the kitchen. But they owner just kept talking while customers sat hungry and confused. So we just got up and left. So, my recommendation for them would be to run their business like they want to maintain customers.

Ordered delivery and paid $2.99 extra for item to be priority within 45 mins however over an hour later was ready. When it arrived was missing one order of $17.99 chicken biryani. Called and spoke to them and their only answer was that the person packing the delivery said she put everything in there. Our bag was stapled shut and no indication that the bag was tampered with by the delivery person. Despite this the person on the phone said they believe the packer without even an apology. Used to be a good quality place but has gone down in the 6-12months.

Food is always good, they have plenty of vegan/vegetarian options available which is a huge plus. We have never dined in, always do take out. Have been multiple times and never any issues with our food.
