5 reviews for Target Stores
Unlike the previous posters, I really like this Target. The Northgate Target sucks and the Redmond one was in a huge remodel last time I went to that one, so I left it completely frustrated.
This one I can always find what I need and everything stays in the same spot. I disagree with Mitzie H. about it being dirty... maybe coming in after wine tasting influences the perception. ;) Just kidding.
Anyways, I love me some Target and I'm glad I like 5 minutes away from this one!
I've been to this Target more times than I can count on one hand and that's a lot consider it's about 30 miles from my place. It's not because it's a great Target by any means. It's because after a day of wine tasting sometimes you need to stop in here for water or snacks or a new top. To be honest I've never really liked this Target it's a little 'dirty' for me, a little unorganized, kind of dim, not all bright and shiny like my Target is but when you are in desperate need of something and you're way out in Woodinville this place fits the bill.
This past weekend is actually was very useful to me. After an afternoon of drinking wine it was decided we were going out "out" and I had nothing to wear, we stopped in here and I found me a very cute going out top for less than $20.00 and it even scored me a cute drunk boy for the evening, yay me and yay Target!
NOTE: This is actually about http://Target.com.
I caved and bought a dress and boots from http://Target.com. I did so only after very carefully checking the Return Policy. I bought items that could be returned to "any Target store." No problem, right? I wanted to try the Isaac Mizrahi stuff, because of all the hype (and good reviews from others on http://Target.com).
Wrong. The dress had clear plastic buttons that said Isaac Mizrahi on each one. This might have been OK if there weren't about 112 buttons on the dress, plus a really ugly "matching" belt buckle. It's a black dress, incidentally--why you'd put CLEAR PLASTIC buttons on it, is completely lost on me. The boots had a big scratch on them--right outta the box.
I went to the store, waited in the Returns line. The lady couldn't figure it out. She then told me that I had to get out of that line, go to a "kiosk" and print receipts for them so I could return them.
This is just a little silly, isn't it? Seriously. Like they couldn't PUT a kiosk in the Returns area, and do that for you??? Yes, I see that the online orders are associated with my customer user name and password. I'm also pretty sure there are many other ways for http://Target.com to find my purchase history and access my receipt rather than sending me into another area of the store to print my own.
So, I went to the kiosk and printed my freaking receipts and went BACK to the Returns line. WOW. That was super easy, THANKS, TARGET! I'll never be buying from http://Target.com again. I'm not even sure I want to go the store anymore! Based on the quality of the products and their asinine return process, why bother?
I have probably visited most of the chain department stores but of all the Target stores that I have been to, this one is likely the worst. Is it just me or do all their products seem poorly organized and more often than not lying on the floor or in the wrong spot?
I have been here twice...once to purchase something and the other to return it. I will likely not be back.
I shop way too much at Target; they have a great selection and low prices. Everyone is helpful and if they don't know, they find someone else that does know. They always have the latest in electronics and make sure that you can get what you need in their location or another. You can also shop online, but you have to be careful, make sure that if it doesn't work out, you can return it in a store near you.
