The paint selection for the inside of this place must have been after a clandestine serving of a peyote omelet. It's out there.
Food is slow and mediocre. If not for T-Mo', I'm sure this place would be long gone. It is the kind of sub-good-chow that I would expect if there was a dive bar attached to it with people drinking buckets of Jose Cuervo and saying "woooo!" a lot.

Day off paid. Boring errands: check. Shopping spree: check. All that's left is lunch!
Saying this place is colorful is putting it mildly. It is an explosion of primary colors from floor to ceiling and wall to wall. I would have toned it down just a bit, but they pull it off w/o being too hokey about it. I LOVED the light fixtures! Tres' cool.
It was sooo crowded when I arrived a little early for meeting my lunch companion, I was worried we wouldn't be seated. Apparently the entire T-mobile corporation eats lunch here and all take lunch at noon. Like clockwork the place nearly emptied out just before 1pm as all the Tmobile badged diners left. Don't blink though, they were immediately replaced w/a slew of others. I was quite pleased to be seated quickly to await the "2" for "table for 2".
I had Fajitas and a beer. Standard fare, served hot and quickly. Nothing jumped out as "amazing" here, but nothing caused recoil either.
For the area we were in, it is very reasonably priced. I'd go back again, but be careful of the timing.
Overall, an enjoyable lunch hour.

Perhaps one of the most colorful restaurants I've ever come across. So colorful in fact that I thought it was a day care or something like that.
In any case, the food is very reasonably priced for bellevue and actually quite good. The food actually comes out pretty quick too so for those who are thinking about coming here for lunch you can definitely be out in under an hour. That said, its also a t-mobile lunch favorite so i'd recommend getting there before 1145 otherwise you could be stuck behind quite a few wireless industry professionals.
As a separate note, however, this place is totally empty for dinner so definitely stop on by if you need a snack on your way home.

A great all-around choice for suburban diners. I have only eaten here for dinner.
Food: Consistently very good (much better than Azteca). The seafood dishes are what really caught me off guard with their quality and lack of greasiness. Not expensive. Good 'ritas.
Service: Consistently good, never a wait for a table, food is fast, waiters are polite and prompt.
Atmosphere: Before they were okay, now even better since the renovation. Very colorful.

Holy guacamole I can't believe there isn't a writeup about this one already. The lunchtime crowd keeps the place PACKED - can I *really* be the first Yelper to review?! Amazing.
Anyway! This great little Mexican restaurant is in Loehman's Plaza in Factoria, right next to the T-Mobile store. They expanded their store in late 2006 or early 2007, so it's now got a lot more tables to handle that lunch crowd.
Chips and salsa are served up as soon as you sit (always a plus), and I'm a big fan of their burritos as well as their carne asada. If you've read my reviews of Mexican places, you know I'm always on a quest to find AUTHENTIC tacos, the little guys that come with loads of cilantro and onions, made perfect by a squeeze of lime. Tapatio's has this offering, but it's just not quite the same as what you can get off of a "roach-coach" in some parts of southern California. Still, these are some of the less expensive options at Tapatio's, although you can get a filling lunch for right around $10.

I finally found an authentic Mexican restaurant in Seattle Puget Sound! Tapatio does not have the taste of chain restaurants like Azeteca nor Chevy's. I have tried sizzling beef fajita that came with refried beans & rice, guacamole, salsa & chips. Tapatio reminds me of Mexican restaurant in TX and AZ. Their price is very reasonable, too.
I am so impressed of its dessert (dessert normally is my main course ;oP!). They have the best fried ice cream I have ever had. The flan was very good, too!
