I've known Tania and been going to her for 4-5 years now...loyaly. She's the best. I've got several of my friends seeing her now too. Great colorist, great stylist.

TANIA AND VANIA SAVE THE DAY!
I got married about 3 weeks. Tania was in charge of my make-up as well as that of my mother, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and my BFF. Three of the ladies also got their hair done by Tania's friend/coworker Vania. Talk about a hair and make-up dream team.
My BFF and I showed up late to the salon because we had our hair done at another salon across town and not only did my girl show up late, she also left my hair a bit of a mess. Then, we got a cabby who didn't know where the hell he was going. Not a great start to one's wedding day! Anyway, we show up 20 minutes late to the salon and I exclaim opely that my 'do needs some help! Vania finishes up with my mom and gets me in the chair. She completely fixes the mess that the other salon's hairdresser left me to walk down the aisle with. Then I hop into Tania's chair and she does her magic. Tania and Vania had the whole show running like clockwork. And even though we had them rushing and some of my girls were hovering over Tania, she handled it all with class and her signature smile. She's not only a super talented make-up artist, but also a really genuine person. She's also super on top of her game, which I totally appreciate!
A HAPPY ENDING
My girls and I were total babes thanks to Tania and Vania and we couldn't stop staring at each other in the limo. The end.
Oh! I almost forgot to mention $$. Tania's prices beat every other make-up artist I researched on Yelp. So just go for it. I promise you will not regret choosing Tania for your special day! Okay, NOW The End.
Tania is not only amazing with hair, she is ALSO amazing with makeup.. I needed makeup for a photo shoot and Tania offered to do my makeup. I have to admit, I was a little sceptical at first. I mean, shes great at hair, but makeup too? too good to be true.
I decided to give her a try, because it was convenient to have the same person do my hair and makeup.
She did an amazing job! totally exceeded my expectations in every way. I will hire her again in a heartbeat for the next photo shoot.

After reading all the fabulous reviews, I thought I'd give Tania at Patrick Evan a try and was extremely impressed - she more than lives up to her reputation.
One thing about Tania that really stood out was how she took the time to show me how she was cutting my hair and explained why it compliment my style and hair type. She also made sure I knew how to style my hair, giving me helpful tips and pointers and along the way.
Above all this, Tania is sweet and super easy to talk to - I felt like I'd been going to her for years. I also really liked that she complimented my hair color, which I had done elsewhere. I love when stylists can appreciate each other's work.
After washing and styling my hair myself, I can confidently say I'm thrilled with my new style.

Do you have a color on your head that looks like a wig? Do you wish you LOVED your hair? If so Tania Goulart is the superstar you MUST see. She is the master in color correction, highlights/lowlights, and cuts that compliment and fit YOU! You will sit down in her chair and her most charming personality will envelope you into a comfort level that will allow you to feel as though you are long lost firends. Honestly.... what is there to say but Tania is an artist and she wants you- yes you to look amazing! Tania had her hands full with me. She had a very terrible wig-black color to remove on my waist long hair. Not only did Tania take my concerns seriously about preserving the overall health of my hair, but she worked with me to identify a plan of attack for getting the witchy poo black out and a warmer, richer brown back in.
I can't say enough about how much I just love the color of my hair now. I feel as though after much trial and error, am at long last at ease that I am under the talented eye of Miss Tania Goulart. I also love my haircuts! If you've ever asked for "just the ends" or "just a little bit off" and ended up butchered... look no further as each and every snip is made with precision! I LOVE MY HAIR!!!

Want to make sure all of these keywords are in there, because that was what I needed to find her. Coolest girl, best stylist ever. She's not just good at hair, but she has g-d given talent. She is so nice, honest, and very versatile. She could do anything I asked, and I made her try everything for my big day. My color is a work of art, literally. I almost don't want anyone to know about her so I will always be able to get an appointment!
Tania is the BEST! I was considering bangs, and I asked for her honest opinion, and as soon as she saw me she said she was thinking bangs too, so we were on the same page! While chatting it up with her, I was excited to find out that she does wedding hair and make up too! So I can't wait to schedule a trial run with her.
I HIGHLY recommend Tania, and I can't wait to see her again!
I was getting married in a little over a week and I still had not found a salon to style my hair. I called up Patrick Evan Salon and they were able to squeeze me in for a trial run the very next day as well as get me an appointment the day of my wedding. At my trial appointment, Tania took the time to try a couple different styles that I might like. She was so friendly and really wanted me to not only have a hairstyle that I liked, but a hairstyle that would match the theme of my wedding and reflect my personality. The day of my wedding, Tania was so sweet and confident that my anxieties melted away. As a bonus, I still needed to have my nails painted and they had someone available to paint my nails while my curls were setting. I couldn't have asked for more! This was one of the best experiences on my wedding day...aside from the ceremony that is. Thanks so much Tania!!
I am SO happy with Tania's color correction. I've been blonde forever, and was excited, but scared, to go brown. As soon as I walked in, I felt at ease with her. She knows her stuff, she was careful, meticulous, and, what is so important is that she loves what she's doing. I've been to her several times before for cuts and highlights but never something so drastic. She took her time layering on the color and was careful to let me know what she was doing so I wouldn't freak out or anything. She was so excited and took such good care of me that the whole experience was just fun! She's adorable. And what can I say, the color is gorgeous! I feel super hot and it looks totally natural, rich, and warm. It matches my skin tone and I've gotten so many compliments. Tania is the BEST! She's even followed up with text messages to see how the color is taking. I'd receommend her to anyone because I've seen several people's hair she's worked with over the last couple years- people with very different colors and styles and they ALL look amazing so I trust her versality. Plus the salon is just really great. Everyone who works at Patrick Evan Salon and Spa has always been nice, professional, and fun. Thank you guys!!!!
Another major save from a fellow yelper, I tried Tania after reading Samantha K! I had tried other makeup artists, but they didn't meet my expectations or their prices were just insane. I soon realized that a good make-up design at a reasonable price is very hard to find! But I got lucky and found Tania, and passing along the good yelp karma! What sets Tania Goulart apart are (1) her responsiveness to your emails, calls, txts ... when you're a frantic last-minute bride, this is a huge plus! (2) the professionalism of her and her team at Patrick Evan Salon ... they will work with your schedule, and try to squeeze you in late, which was super helpful to me as I lived in South Bay (3) empowering the bride with choices ... I am not a makeup or hair person, so I felt very overwhelmed ... Tania helped me me during the trial with doing me up with two styles of make-up and 3 hairstyles, and gave me the time to decide what I wanted, as I took tons of pictures on my iPhone, so I could discuss with friends and family, as I'm really indecisive. She even would send friendly txts to check up on the votes (4) her creativity and smarts with hair ... i brought a curly hairpiece as I wanted to try have pretend long hair since my hair is super short. Tania tried it out, then really thought outside of the box ... "took apart my clip on ponytail extensions" and clipped pieces into different areas of my hair ... it looked awesome, and I really appreciated her creativity! (5) her punctuality ... you have no worries, she will be on time, and get you out on time. (6) her prices are very reasonable. I really appreciated this, as I definitely felt the other make-up artists in the SF bridal market are way too expensive. (7) her make-up ... she doesn't do airbrush spray, so at first I was a little bummed, but after seeing her use heavy duty MAC Studio make-up on me, I realized that I looked good! ... I really liked Tania and her work, I went back to her as a repeat customer. She did an amazing job cutting my hair. I plan to see her again for all my future make-up needs for special occasions!
