Front Desk was great and very helpful. Not as good as the last 2 Marriott's I stayed at but I'm still a fan. The location is great for an early flight to Detroit, MI. I'm an elevator ride to my gate, very cool!

I can't say I saw much of Tampa when I went there last month. I was there on business for 3 days. If you find yourself in the same situation, the Tampa Airport Marriott is super convenient.
You just walk from one terminal and down a corridor that leads to the hotel. You never even go outside to get there. No hassle and super convenient.
They have a gym(which is a plus), an outdoor pool, a top floor rotating restaurant, and a decent lobby bar that's always playing sports.
Maybe someday I'll see more of Tampa as a tourist, but for business; this hotel works just fine.
