My parents stayed here in April '07 and really enjoyed it. They had a corner room on the first floor with a large balcony. The room was oversized, with a King bed. My dad is disabled, and the staff was very accommodating for them, so they were near the elevator and still had an ocean view room. The room was clean and had a refrigerator as well. The TV was small, but if you're visiting town, you're probably not there to watch TV. The patio had a table and chairs and was great to watch the sunsets on. While the room was on the coast highway, it was surprisingly quiet. Since this was not during spring break or summertime, they entire complex was pretty quiet. Very few kids running around. There is a nightly happy hour for guests, and they have some other activities for kids and adults too. For the price, it was a nice place to stay. The upper 2 levels are reserved mostly for timeshare owners, but they probably have the better views, although the first floor ones aren't too bad. I recommend this place if you're on a budget for your travels.
