I like this place a lot but mainly during sale season. I bought a cute pair of brown, mule heeled sandals for $12. They mark down MUCHO during the off season and when new stuff comes in.
It is pretty affordable otherwise but honestly, I'm a bargain hunter and I do love Talula's mainly around sale time.

Pluses are the pedicure salon inside, really cute and comfy and moderate pedi prices. They also just opened TAGG downstairs which has more urban street like shoes, I did splurge on a full priced item there once! They were cute Converse knockoffs, cheaper and unique!

It's pretty much the best shoe store on NW 23rd for variety but there are other good ones too.

Formerly Tootsie's, Talula's is a boutique shoe salon offering the hottest brands in shoes and purses. Stepping into Talula's is like discovering the ultimate walk-in closet filled with dreamy shoes for every possible occasion.

In addition to shoes, they have 3 pedicure stations tucked inside cutesie cabanas. While you are getting your feet primped and pampered, they will make sure you have a drink in your hand (I sipped a chardonnay and almost passed out from being so darn relaxed)!

Each month they offer a pedicure special as incentive to come shop for shoes. Last month was Bring a Friend for Free...hell of a deal to snag 2 pedicures for 35 bucks...not to mention that free drink!
