If you've ever bought a house and done a home loan, you know that there are lots and lots of pieces of paper to sign, and it's potentially an awful experience. Especially if the person from the escrow company has the personality of a dried sea sponge.
The Talon Group was excellent when we just refinanced...and Shauna was fantastic. We rocketed through the paperwork and she was nice, personable, funny and engaging through the whole thing. Even though it took an hour, it didn't feel like that long.
I totally recommend these guys!
