Nice, a bit divey. Friendly bar tenders. Reasonably price ($4.00) well drinks. Minus: no beers on tap.

I live just one block from this place, but I have yet to actually have a drink there.
I tried to buy a round of drinks the day I moved in. I was taken aback by the bottles on the bar back each being separated by a foot of space. Seriously, their selection is that tiny. I pressed on, though and tried for a round of Gin & Tonics. They only take cash. They don't have an ATM machine on site. We walked up the block and drank elsewhere.
Later I tried to buy a drink there, cash in my pocket, but the doors were locked. It was 11pm on a Saturday night. I could see people inside drinking. The doors were locked. I went home and haven't tried it since.
