This is our regular meat and produce market when we don't want to go to the Korean or Japanese grocery. Yes, it's crowded. Yes, the service kinda sucks. But I love the produce. Most of it is fresh and reasonably priced. We like to get whatever looks good, and most of the time everything looks good! The meat section is really the best part of this store since they slice it all up right there and they are nice when you ask. Well, I've never asked them; my husband is the one who gets the meat and he's never had a problem with the service.
I have to say that we're not indian or middle eastern and no one stares at us like we don't belong. I don't feel weird here at all actually, but maybe that's because I don't really care if people DO stare anyway so maybe I'm just used to it and don't mind.
Have good Halal meat here but gets very crowded and have to wait a long time in line. Interior layout of the store needs to change to make it flow more efficiently.
I like this place because it is near our house and our source for Halal meat. The owner is friendly and we know some of the staff but the service need lots of improvement. Try to avoid the place on weekend after 11 a.m., expect to wait 30-45 mins at the meat section and hours at the check out counter. As reviewed by others, price is reasonable or lower than other produce shop. Meat are fresh on most days and we love the organic chicken.
I'm not quite a fan, but I liked what the many items sold in this store.

- a few of the produce were reasonably priced
- chocolates from europe, india, etc. (milka, kinder...)
- many, many packages of different spices (great for baking)
- towards the back there are these plastic containers that you can get however much you want (jasmine rice, basmati rice, egyptian rice, couscous, bulgar, nuts, seeds, etc.)
- baklava (i bought some here! mmm) and other yummy desserts
- they have some Real Ice Cream products in the freezer
- it's nice to just walk in the aisles and look at all the uncommon products

- if you're not Indian, everyone looks at you very oddly like you don't belong there
Love the Fresh Meat.
Most of the time i buy Meat ( Chicken & Lamb ) from this place .
Even the vegetables are fresh .
I just ADORE, LOVE, AND and AMAZED by this grocery store.
fresh produce, meat, great assorment of spices, pickled vegs and best of all their are EXRTREMYLY inexpensive!!!
