We tried this place for lunch today after a friend suggested it to me. The tacos were incredible! I had 3 different types - carne asada, polo, and cabeza. My friend had the lengua and she said it was tasty. We also ordered the chips and queso, which was also a hit. The chips were fresh and the queso was packed with flavor and not too runny.

The place is small inside, but cozy and starts to get really busy around the noon hour. Glad we arrived early for lunch. I'm 100% sure I'll be returning within the next few weeks for another taco fix.

I'm disappointed... my food was over cooked and quite frankly... lacked flavor. It was pretty bland. Luckily I have my own crema at home to add to it but I can see why they smother these so you can't see initially how overcooked they actually are. It wasn't until the lettuce fell off that I saw how bad these looked. This was my first time ordering from here. Probably not going to reorder again. Not only because the food was bad but also, prices are not accurate online vs when they ring up at time of pick up.

We were told the chorizo was great and the queso was a must-get. While I opted for carne asada and carnitas tacos, Grant ordered the chorizo burrito--which was a definite 8/10.

The guacamole was super, super fresh and a really strong avocado flavor coming through more than any spices, lime, or onion. The white queso was packed with flavors and a great addition to our meal, and the salsa was one of the favorites I've had in Tulsa. It had a certain nostalgia to it as it was similar to a spot in my home town.

Altogether Don Fransisco was great and is worth a repeat visit. The tacos themselves were good. The meat was flavorful and the onions and cilantro were fresh. My only critique was that it was rather dry and needed a little salsa and lime to help.

I've never been disappointed by Tacos Don. Usually I get tacos and they've always been great but the other day I stopped in at just after 9am when I noticed they had their OPEN sign on. I did know they opened that early or that they made breakfast items. I ordered a asada and egg burrito, and it was so good. It included eggs, asada, rice, cilantro, and onions. If you want a good breakfast burrito hit them up some morning. I bet they'd appreciate the business.

My coworkers often order from here and I'd yet to try it because I could never remember the name of it Finally an hour before getting off work recently Don Francisco's came up as the place to get good tacos.. I happened to be talking tacos and mentioned that I literally could eat tacos everyday lol if my husband allowed..Well guy's I called in a order and was on my way...almost drove right past it yet my taco senses wouldn't allow that lol Now although I called to place an order for 3 people they'd misunderstood and only made an order for one No Worries..she quickly fixed it and they quickly prepared the rest of my food The little restaurant has a tiny quaint sitting area that seemed so warm and inviting There were at least 5 people waiting but our orders..including my "Fix" came out quickly When I got home our food was still nice and warm tasted delicious and we definitely loved the guacamole chips and salsa I will be sure to visit Don Francisco's again

Well its 6:28 pm and one car pulled out as we are driving in. We get out and go in and a kid holding a beer walks by and looks at us as he's walking through the kitchen area and does not acknowledge us at all. We stand there for a bit and nothing. So sadly gave up. I hate to give them a low star review since we didn't eat there.
We are traveling so we won't be able to come back.
