Great airport, great restaurant and bar.
MUST try the Clam Chowder.
Flew up in a 90 from Phoenix and the staff were quick and nice.
Like airports used to be. -

Great new restaurant called Reflections. Simple menu @affordable prices. They serve breakfast, lunch & dinner. We tried the restaurant during their soft opening. It has only gotten better. They have 2 decks that you watch planes landing & taking off. We look forward to having the restaurant around for a long time.

Tacoma is one of my favorite airports to fly into. When I was doing my instrument training the controllers here were consistently friendly and accommodating. This is also a very picturesque airport when flying in from the south since there are a series of sandstone cliff on the south side of the airport that drop right down to the water. Very nice services and lots of jet traffic make this place very interesting and fun. I often find myself wondering why this place isn't more widely known or visited!
