Location Update (3/1/24) --

Gave them one more shot.. but I swear to god.. I think the workers have seen my reviews, and matched my name to my mobile order name. So whenever my girlfriend and I customize our orders, they do the complete opposite. Don't want sour cream on this? They'll put it in an item that doesn't even call for sour cream in it! Better yet.. might even add extra sauce into your burrito after saying none please ;) I'll be going to the el Camino location from now on.. if you're not happy about your temporary job, QUIT. I've been nothing but nice to this location. But my reviews not so nice anymore TAKE YOUR TACO BELL NEEDS OVER TO THE EL CAMINO LOCATION ( !!! )

This location is completely mismanaged. I was served soggy Tacos through the drive through and I called to talk to them about it and as I explained to them the issue some irresponsible person kept swearing "what the hell" and hung up and refused to pickup until I called them from a different number. I came into the store and the staff including manager were hostile and d gave me so much attitude as they tried to blame me that I spilled my soda on the Tacos. I ended up getting a refund after wasting my time and ruining my movie night. Please avoid this location.

I give 4 stars because, well, it's fast food &

I really ordered a LARGE BAJA BLAST - and they convinced me that is a large. It just ruined my experience and this sucks.

If I can give this place more stars I would!! EVERY TIME I come here the interaction is 100% spot on! Even though I live closer and walking distance to the one on 3690 Steven creek blvd, I rather get in my car and drive here! Haven't had a bad experience yet and this location always comes through! The people working the drive is always laughing and having a good time. Super quick and easy to deal with. Favorite location so far....they can close down 3690 Stevens Creek Blvd, they always seem unhappy and they look sad honestly.

Maybe the most uncomfortable and dirtiest Taco Bell I've ever been too.

I think the employees are drinking on the job. She was unable to communicate clearly and seemed confused.

Waiting around for 5 minutes with no employee stating they'll be right with me.

I understand it's a fast-food and you give very little about this job. But wow! It's on a whole other level here.

Solid Taco Bell in the area. Been really enjoying the $5 Nacho Fries box--nacho fries with the nacho cheese, regular taco, beef burrito supreme, and a soda (Baja blast is the best). Definitely get the bang for your buck. It was hard to get into the drive thru though because you have to drive through a long parking lot. Maybe I missed the correct turn?

Anyways I enjoyed conversing with one of the young employees while waiting at the drive through window. He asked if I know who Tupac is. I said yes, he is known for being a key figure in the west coast east coast feud. This kid then tells me that everyone at his high school are getting into Tupac. I thought, wow a Tupac revival in 2021? We then talked about the controversy surrounding his death and Suge Knight's role. In any case, 5* for this young man making my Taco Bell experience memorable. The box was good too!

I would recommend the Tacobell from 2600 Homestead road. I am very satisfied with my food, service was great, and the ambience was very friendly and fast. Fully recommend the chicken rolled taquitos

Okay despite the debate of wether or not Taco Bell food can be called food...m focusing on my visit today at 5:39 pm. For my family I ordered a Taco Supreme Party Pack, Crunch Wrap, one additional supreme taco and a medium Diet Coke. I ordered online, paid online and picked it up through the drive thru. The Drive Thru line was short but took longer than Norma! I brought my order home. I discovered that every single taco shell in the party pack were completely broken as oof done on purpose. Tacos were completely uneatable! Very disappointed with this experience, I won't be going back!

After ordering my food through the app cause I had multiple orders of food, I picked up my food and drove fast back home. Started to eating when I realized three items of chips w/ nacho cheese, cheesy beef melt burrito, and taco was missing.

I went back once I realized the food was missing (cause it was literally half of my order), and they refused to believe me. They kept claiming that they put it in the bag, but I swear on my life that it was never in the bag.

It was totally okay they forgot to put the food in, but they couldn't bother to fix it?? I used to work at Taco Bell. Do better. It's not that hard to fix this problem.

And to tell the customer that the only solution is to write a bad review?? What a joke.
