Beware do not stop at this Taco Bell. My wife order an item and the manager said that we didn't and began to get rude with my wife and she yes we did and showed the receipt and he was like I still don't believe you. hHe was really rude so I step in and said excuse me were normal customers that come here all the time and he proceed to swear at me and tell me he would F..k me up he was a Black belt in Karate. I said we're just paying customers here with our 10 year old daughter after her cheer practice. he proceeded to slander us all the way out the door. I said I want to talk to another manger so she comes out and did nothing. We paid over 30 dollars for our dinner and didn't even get to eat it. I never had service like this anywhere in my life. So just keep driving do not stop. We had to contact corporate in hopes of getting some resolbe.

Stopped by last night & did not have a good experience.
There was a LONG wait because they were short staffed, which is understandable for the wait.
However, it does not excuse the very poor service.
Ordered the party pack & asked for extra cheese on 6 of them. First off only got 8 out of the 12 tacos, but the ones that were supposed to have extra cheese did not have anything extra.
So I got charged for things that I did not receive. & that can not be blamed on the shortage of staff.
UPDATE:
So a little bit fishy here:

Is it Michaella? or Jessica? Either way, VERY sketchy!
Now as far as you wanting an e-mail with details about my visit, i pretty much already gave you the short version, but if you want the long version that's fine by me.
Pulled up to the drive through & there was a line of cars. The black truck in front of us was waiting to order, yet was unable to due to there not being enough room in front of them to pull forward enough to get to the speaker/microphone. We sat & waited for about 6 minutes till they were able to pull forward enough to place their order, in that time two other vehicles had pulled in behind us & then backed out due to the wait time. Another 4 to 6 minutes passed before the truck in front of us was able to pull ahead & we were able to place our order. We ordered the party pack (6 fire & 6 nacho cheese) & requested extra cheese on the 6 fire tacos. The individual was very nice & was apologizing for the wait, we expressed that we knew they were busy & that we were in no hurry. Another 12 to 16 minutes before we reached the window & paid for our food. We again were speaking with the individual at the window & expressed that we understood that they were understaffed & that they were busy. We again reiterated that there was no rush, & that we completely know how it is when you are understaffed. Another 4 minutes later we got our food, wished them the best of luck & left with our take away. Only to find out later that we had only gotten 8 out of the 12 tacos & that none of the fire had any sort of extra cheese.
That about sums up the details of the visit, unless you'd like the superfluous details like the conversation in the vehicle, the conversations of the workers outside, & such.
As far as having a manager contact me for followup, there's really not much to follow up on, you've got all the details. Unless you'd like a copy of the receipt? In which case i can try & see if i still have it & post a copy for you. What is done is done, it's in the past. Time may be relative, but as yet you can not go back & fix it. The main point is that when you are super busy, you need to take a breath & concentrate on the quality of the product & service & NOT be worried about the speed. It does NOT matter how fast you get me the food, if it's not what i ordered or it's a complete mess. Personally i would much rather wait 2 more minutes to have someone pay attention to what they are doing instead of just trying to throw something together to get it out the window to make sure our "wait time" numbers stay low. Screw the "wait time" & focus on the customer experience & the quality of your product.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Updated because I responded to the owner with this: To Whom It May Concern:
Many times when I have used the Oneida, NY Taco Bell drive thru after 5pm I have had incorrect orders/poor service and nothing is ever done. There have been bright spots, but they are few. 12/30/19 was the last straw for me. There was a larger man who served me my food that I ordered through the Taco Bell App. I called later and complained and got no apology for the shoddy job they did when they made my order and threw the contents into the bag, thus combining my cinnamon twisted and salty small nachos. It's gross to have to eat cinnamon on nachos. They were semi-successful when they tried scraping the ground taco meat off of my Fiesta Taco Salad, and threw literally four pieces of chunk chicken on top. They completely left off the Chipotle Sauce, something of which I paid extra. I work in customer service and I wish it mattered to the owner how the employees treat the customers' food. This could be an extremely lucrative location, but everyone I speak to here says they don't bother going there because it's disgusting now.
I hope this helps because I'm annoyed at having to write a negative review on Yelp about a restaurant in my town.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Dec 30, 2019Previous reviewThis used to be a wonderful Taco Bell. I've tried several times and after 5pm, screw it. Don't even bother. They don't care, the food comes out completely wrong, and they have ONE JOB: get my order correct. So over wasting money at this place!
Edit to add: I too received a response from this owner regarding wanting details. I'm going to email them too because TB is my favorite of all of the fast food places other than ChickFilA. It's worth it to me to invest some time in the businesses in my community. Here goes nothin'! - Kaitlin M.Oneida, NY16414May 17, 2020
Every time we order delivery form here it's wrong! EVERY TIME! I don't understand why it's so hard to get an order correct! And apparently the cinnabites are only available in the morning now? Since when? You guys need to change your menu if you keep making weird changes to it.

New staff every time I walk in. Saw a woman walking around the food who thought her cigarette was more important than health codes and hygiene. As she proceeded to clock out, and make food with her cigarette hanging out of her mouth. I found it very tasteless and not very clean.

I'd normally have something amazing to say about this place, but after today I'm not happy at all. There's barely anything in my crunch warp and my boyfriends quesadilla tastes like complete and utter crap. Get your act together guys!!

Went there for a late night (11pm) dinner. Didn't know what time the lobby closed. So we had to go through the drive thru and eat in the parking lot ha. I had the chicken quesadilla it was ok.
