Everytime I've gone there its been hit or miss.  Sometimes its hot, sometimes not.  Sometimes there are 10,000 #*&in jalepenos in your burrito for no apparent reason, sometimes not.  But if you really want crappy tacos or KFC, i guess this is the place.  For the price you can do much better.

When i was really young, my grandma used to push me in a stroller down and around Lincoln High School, sometimes when i was a good boy she would push me down to KFC and get me a chicken little.

Boy i loved those chicken littles, they were small and simple. This was probably the only reason why i enjoyed KFC, unfortunetley they took those away and tried to bring it back but failed quite horribly..

I remember trying it again and realized how dry and tastless they were..i wish i never went back to try it~ o well at least the memories of how wonderful it tasted still lingers in my mind~

my grandpa likes fried chicken...unfortunetly there are no Popeyes close by so hes only been able to enjoy KFC...but its always a great time whenever I bring some KFC over. Funny how these places can bring back lots of memories~ *sniff*

I LOVE KFC! The delicious goodness of oil drenched chicken body parts. YUM. And the aroma it leaves in your car leaves you drooling for days!

Hehehe :) I love the chicken wrap! And the potato wedges, mmm. AND. THE CHICKEN! And the mashed potatoes. AND THE FAMOUS BOWL! But I think they raised the price on some things. But anyways. I hate how the ground is always wet/dirty when I go there.

Okay, prepare to judge me.  (Note: I was raised by "judgers," so bring it)

I come here pretty darn often.  When I've worked 12 hours at the office (like today) and only had coffee and pretzels to sustain me, I'm unable/unwilling/unfit to make fancy dinner plans.

Enter: Taco Bell, my hero, disguised in a cloak of trans-fat and lame advertising.  When I stumble off the Muni, T-Bell is the first thing I see.  As I enter, I am greeted by name and offered "the usual."  I nod (too tired for words), hand over $2.25, and  the chicken soft taco sans cheese is mine.

Then I crawl up to my flat, eat my taco, brush my teeth and pass out.

Just to do it all over again the next day.

I don't usually review chain/franchise restaurants (especially fast food joints), but the Taraval Taco Bell / KFC has compelled me to warn others.

This is by far the worst KFC and Taco Bell I have ever had.

Reasons: Chicken has been over baked under the heat lamps on several occasions;  Small chicken portions;  Mac n Cheese is old and dark yellow; stale tortillas for taco bell food, minimal (dehyrated-rehydrated) meat in tacos e.t.c; oddly warm/humid inside

I ate here three times when I first moved into the neighborhood and now do not go back.  If I am desparate for food, I will go across the street to Taraval Pizza (which I gave 2 stars).

Oh KFC/Taco Bell combo I wish I didn't know enough about you to write a review.  Sadly, I am lazy and sometimes go here when I'm craving fast food.  I assume you all know what's up with KFC and Taco Bell, so I'm not going to go into detail about the food.

Things to note:
-They just finished a remodel, during which they added a wheelchair lift and fixed up the inside.
-I've never gotten food poisoning here in probably 20 visits.
-They recently striped the off-street parking so that it says LOADING ZONE.  Do not be afraid.  Go ahead and park there.  They don't care.
-If you're not the law breaking type, there should be plenty of street parking.
-It's gets pretty busy after Lincoln gets out around 2:30.  If you like to avoid rambunctious youths, like me, you might want to schedule your visit accordingly.
-For more traditional mex walk down to El Burrito on 26th.  Sometimes you just need some fast food, though.  Don't be ashamed.

I go to this KFC only to buy food for someone in Ocean Beach area.
This store is small. It has small parking lot on the side of the building which will fit like 4 cars. The entrance is on Taraval St. westbound with the exit to the cross street of Taraval St.
The place does not have actual dining tables, only some kind of bar table against the wall.
One time I bought steak taquito, the cash register person did not know what taquito is (she's Latina!) but did not bother to confirm my order and got me beef taco.
Then when I complained that that beef taco was not what I ordered, she looked at me funny and another employee who apparently knew what taquito was, demanding me to pay another $2 because the steak taquito was supposed to be more expensive than the steak taco.
She took the $2 but did not ring it to the cash register.
What a loser! They did not even apologize.
Yesterday they did not have original wings and if I still wanted them I had to wait for 20 minutes. They did not have baked beans also.
Well, I used to work for a KFC (find my review for other KFC). When the employees make mistake, first, they are supposed to be apologetic then fix the problem without charging more.
