Very friendly service and an affordable menu. I recommend that you eat inside. Don't forget they offer a senior discount.

Food Order:
2 SPICY POTATO SOFT TACOS (potatoes, chipotle sauce, cheese, lettuce), CHEESE QUESADILLA (3-cheese blend, creamy jalapeño sauce, tortilla), CHEESY BEAN & RICE BURRITO (beans, nacho cheese sauce, seasoned rice, creamy jalapeño sauce, tortilla), Soft Taco (seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce)
Whenever I visit my relatives in Fresno, I typically don't eat fast food but I needed something to hold me over while en route to Blackbeard's Family Entertainment Center, & saw a Taco Bell. Like most fast food restaurants in the area, it's a below average rating... whether it's the food, service, restaurant cleanliness, wait times. Plenty of parking available for a Saturday afternoon with an open drive-thru, but I can't have my kids eating in the car since they always spill (even my 12 YO). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ My husband had noshed before leaving so he didn't eat. I just ordered a couple of spicy potato soft tacos for myself, cheese quesadilla for my son, & a soft taco & burrito for his sister.
Our order came fairly quickly, & everything was haphazardly slapped together. It's fast food so I don't expect gourmet plating, but my tacos barely had any potatoes. And no, they weren't buried under the cheese & lettuce. I squeeze a couple of diablo packets, & finished both just as quick. The kids took their time on the remaining items. M took a couple of bites to the slice of quesadilla before panicking for water... there's jalapeño sauce in it. Ack! There isn't much for him to eat because the burrito had the same sauce & he doesn't like tacos. Luckily, I had a granola bar & some dried fruit to hold him over. H seemed fine to eat the burrito & soft taco; she was still hungry enough to finish her brother's quesadilla. Like my tacos, her burrito was skimpy on the filling, but the soft taco was fine. Maybe that's why she was hungry enough to eat the quesadilla. I noticed the jalapeño sauce wasn't spread evenly, so M got a bigger portion of hot sauce than H. It wasn't all that spicy, but I can take the heat. There was enough cheese &/or filling to mask some of the spiciness for H to finish both quesadilla & burrito.
The restaurant was fairly empty when we dined in. There's a feel of emptiness (run-down?) even though the dining room looked clean. When seated, you noticed the tables haven't been wiped due to the watermark spottiness & the tabletop's stickiness. We moved a couple of times, & those new seats weren't any better. I had the kids eat over the tray so they can eat any spills that fall on the liner, though that may not be all that clean since the tray on top could have been on the counter so the bottom is now stacked on top of the liner. If the dining room isn't spotless, I can't imagine the kitchen being all that hygienic. During our outing following lunch, my stomach rumbled a bit & I felt a little queasy so there may have been an issue with our food. My daughter had the runs later in the afternoon, but Taco Bell may not be the cause since she was eating all sorts of junk food when we were home. :-| No nonsense service... my order was taken, & my # was called; fast & efficient just like my local Taco Bell (refer to Review #781). I don't live in the area so we're unlikely to return, & even if we're in the area, there are other dining options available.

Wow these people are rude. Matches the rough environment around the Taco Bell with all the homeless people and people riding their bikes on the third floor of the motel 6 across the parking lot. The food was good but geez how rude was the lady taking my order?! Not hospitable at all. Didn't give me a receipt and kinda threw my food at me. Not to mention the no upselling, she just said "okay, got it" when I was ordering. No saying thank you or anything. Just threw my food at me and didn't say anything about it. Weird interaction forsure

Hubby picked up Taco Bell and brought home for dinner as it was my laundry day and he thought he would help me out. We have given this restaurant a few tries and been dissatisfied every time. This was the final straw. A taco simple meat, lettuce and cheese in a hard shell. You pay for it more than you use to, and this is what we got

Drive-thru. No line and the worker was very kind and welcoming! I ended up ordering the Chicken Power Bowl with extra hot sauce. Paid for the order and wished a good day!
Lunchtime! Bummer! Extra hot sauce wasn't included like asked. The Chicken Power Bowl was still really good. Definitely needed more hot sauce though.
Good amount of guacamole and tasty with the rice, chicken and black beans! Like I said, just wish there was more hot sauce. My fault, I should've looked. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes too!
Good service and Chicken Power Bowl! Recommended!Helpful 9Thanks 2Love this 9Oh no 3 - Philip B.Fresno, CA15146130Apr 22, 2023
It was okay. I don't get Taco Bell often, maybe 2-3 X's a year if that so I was surprised to see that you order off a touch screen now when you walk in which was pretty convenient if you ask me.
No more looking up at the board deciding, well actually trying to read what is in you are trying to order.
So the gentleman at the counter explained to me how it worked and it was pretty cool.
Just punch in what you want. Type in your name. Pay. Cash transactions are at the counter. And they call your name when it's ready.
Food is Taco Bell so no surprises there.
Would I go back - well in my 2-3 X's a year Yes

This Taco Bell is the worst I have ever been to. They work so slowly and do not acknowledge the front counter where customers are waiting to order. The morning manager too the bathroom key home with him and didn't bring it back? What are the employees supposed to use let alone the customers. My wife's Quesritto wasn't hot and barely on the warm side. I see nothing good about this place and will not return.

I got the wrong order with nobody in line, in the drive-through or inside how do you messed up on one order ? Also did not get a receipt. Don't go here for anything. The only good things that are there is the stuff they take off the menu it's like they almost don't know what profit is.

Sort of impatient , and food was cooked in a timely manner. I entered the restaurant at 10:00 am and overall had an okay experience walking in

I never really have the best experience when I come here. It's not necessarily the customer service it's how the food is prepared. Either something doesn't taste right, a taco is smashed, looks like dis thrown together etc. For example today I got cinnamon twists with no cinnamon.
