well Taboo is still the place to be on a Friday night! Some changes have happened...free before 10pm and then from 10p to 12mid a 2 for $20 cover charge for ladies. Free drinks for ladies until 12 midnite. Still free valet for unescorted ladies.
the only thing is I just wish they would get the AC working properly...the crowd has grown tremendously and it gets heated quickly!!
They still do comedy on Thursday and live band on Saturdays but Fridays is for happy hour!

Went on a Saturday night. I got one entree (Jambalaya) and it was really good. The free drink was tasty but what turned me off was all the women on the dance floor either dancing with each other or by themselves while the men held up the wall. Maybe men are tired of getting turned down by women but come on!!!! A few men joined the women on the floor and danced but for the most part the women were doing their own thing while all the men were walking around in their suits looking around.
The club is nice and the crowd was dressed nice. Age range was about mid twenties to mid forties. I did not have a great time, but it was not the worse time either. That was my first time there and I have not been back since, so I guess that says allot too, but you may like it.

I think some people will really like this place but it was not for me. I did not have a bad time but I did not have a really great time either.
If you really just want to go and dance it is pretty good. They don't play a lot of new music but they do play a lot of good danceable music. I went on a Friday and they played every type of music. The only thing that I did not like were like the medleys where they would not allow the song to play through. Also, they do switch dj's around 12 or 1 am so keep that in mind as well because the first dj is better.
This is not the place to go to hook up unless you are a woman over 35 or a woman of another age looking for a sugar daddy. The drinks were just okay.
Finally, do not believe the fliers or website which still promote Fridays as being free until 12 for ladies. It is only free until 10pm.
Oh and if you want to eat get there early because though they have a lot of seating people camp out there all night so there isn't much opportunity to get one unless you get there early.

I love this place! I went on a Sunday night and it was great! The DJ was wonderful and I heard the food is also really good. The drinks were also free for the ladies and the bartender was great! I highly recommend Taboo 2 to anyone who is looking for great drinks, music and food. Oh yeah, on Sunday night the DJ plays more hip hop music and mixes in a little raggae. If you love to dance this is where you need to be, everyone dances and has a fantastic time!
This place has the best fried chicken wings, for it to be a nightclub!!! I have been to this club once before but this particular time, me and my girls were meeting some guy friends up there and they order some wings!!! ( I can just taste the wings, it was heavenly) The wings kept on coming, they were so good!! Now, I had a few drinks.....and we all know that when you drink and eat the food may taste a lot better!!
But I will definitely go back...just to have the wings!!!
