Erik and Teal are the best. We would have a hard time trusting anyone else with our dogs. We love them for many reasons including their dedication to knowing what's going on in the dog world, dog health (they once gave CPR to a dog and saved its life at the dog park, while the other dog walkers stood around), their activity in local doggy politics (they go to townhall meetings involving leash and pet laws). They're All around good people, you'll be lucky to have them walking your dogs.

Leaving your puppy to go out of town for the first time is hard, to say the least. We agonized over where to board him and were almost ready to bring him to our vet until our neighbor referred us to Teal and Eric. We were impressed with the fact that they took the time to come to our home and make sure that Ralph would fit in with their crew. Other boarding/daycare sites we spoke with didn't even want to meet our dog prior to boarding him and when we went for visits many of the facilities were dirty and filled with way too many dogs. Teal and Eric take the time to meet the dogs they will be boarding/walking and to us this meant a lot.
Ralph stayed with them for 6 days and played his little heart out. When your dog boards with them they take them to the park twice a day on top of the excercise they get playing with their own dog or others that may be boarding. I was happy that they were only boarding 2 dogs at a time. Above all, meeting Teal and Eric I could tell that they were knowledgeable, trustworthy, and cared about taking good care of our dog. I would highly recommend them as dog walkers/sitters. Teal took the time to return my phone calls while we were away and even emailed us pictures of our dog in order to assure us he was happy and healthy. She never made me feel like I was a bother to her although I know she must be busy. This was exactly the personalized and caring service we were looking for, and would never receive if we boarded at the vet.
When we picked up our puppy he was happy to see us and exhausted from all the play and excercise. Boarding our dog here made us feel like he was able to have a vacation while we were away instead of feeling like he was being punished in some kennel.

I have been in the dog biz for a loooong time and many years ago I used to walk dogs. I had a full roster of amazing dogs and amazing clients.
When it was time for me to change my career path and go in a new direction, I knew instantly who I was going to refer my existing clients to - Teal!
I had many offers from other dogwalkers to "buy" my clients but I didn't want to go that route, I just wanted my dogs taken care of by someone that would love them as much as I did. Teal was far and above the best choice I could have given my clients. She is simply amazing, period. A year or two later her husband Erik joined her in the business and together they are one of the best dog walking services in SF. To this day when I run into my former clients they all thank me for referring them to Teal and Erik!
As a dog trainer and dog care provider, I simply can't say enough great things about Teal and Erik. They really do love their clients' dogs and treat them as if they were their own.

Here's the deal -- Simply put, Teal and Erik rawk! They are knowledgable, friendly and kind with your hound -- whether it's just playtime while you're at work or whether they need to go to dog camp while you're out of town. They looked after Mitzi, a very active German Shorthaired Pointer, for us (aka the Mitz or the Trouble Seeking Mitzle or The Mitzinator, or sometimes just "that pointer's nuts!") while we were travelling, and she got along wih the rest of their dog posse really well. They usually spend the afternoon at the dog park in Golden Gate park -- so now you know exactly who let the dogs out.

Good Dog! Teal Good's dog walking business, has been my dog walker for five+ years. Good Dog! is phenomenal. Teal and Eric provide wonderful service--kind, caring, completely dependable, and they take excellent care of my corgi Dram. I trust them in every way. i am a fellow dog walker who has seen it all out at the san francisco dog parks. it's a scary proposition, finding the right walker. i, personally have seen Teal out with her dogs and would entrust her with my very own. she gives dog walkers a good name. heh. get it? good.
