It's unfair to give stars to Synergy as I never attended this Yoga school.

I merely make mention of it because I wish my host had notified me of its existence and proximity to where I was staying.  Synergy offers classes at 2 studios here called South Beach and another one called North Beach.

What's worth noting is their early morning Yoga on the Beach class for a $5 donation. From what I culled from new acquaintances, you go, bring $5, a large blanket and get the perfect start to your day at 7 am.  They gather at 3rd Street and Ocean.  Check it out and review.

when i wasn't working late, i'd occasionally go to their beach yoga class... the evening one.  i must admit, very enjoyable.  the teachers were patient and helpful.  there was never too many people.  beautiful location right on the water.  and only a $5 donation, which is sooo worth the money.

the times change depending on what time it gets dark.  usually the class ends right as it's getting dark with the sun setting.  how pretty!  oh and don't forget to bring a towel/mat.
