Sylvan is a nice big park on the border of Mountain View and Sunnyvale.  It has exercise equipment, which is always appealing to kids.  Parking is easy here.

One reason I've always loved Sylvan is that is has 4 tennis courts which are well-maintained and fairly available. They are not lighted. PLaying tennis in Sunnyvale can be a nightmare if you go at anything close to "peak" hours.
