This place is all about the Crepes. Their breakfast lunch and dessert, sweet and savory, crepes are some of the best I have had. I highly recommend the chicken pesto crepe. The only downside to this place is that you will often have to get your food to go because it can be a challenge to find an empty table here around lunchtime.
If you like crepes this place is a must! -
Review from Esther S.
Came here on the last day of 2011 for some crepes with the family. Small place with minimal outdoor and indoor seating- by the time we got there around 12 there were no seats in sight. Ordered to go and walked across the street the the starbucks which had a nice secluded outdoor seating area (got some pumpkin latte too!) which was empty. We ordered 2 savory crepes, a california wrap, and the roast beef and brie. Everything was D-lecious! We stuffed our faces and bellies to our content!
Will be back for some more of this goodness =) -

Years ago when I lived in Cupertino, I would frequent this quaint place almost once a week. Since it had been years since I had it, I was worried that the quality might have changed, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The crepes here are SO DELICIOUS, the best I have had, hands down. The buckwheat crepe is fluffy and flavorful, cooked to perfection. All the ingredients they use here are high quality and fresh. I have had everything from my favorite chicken pesto to the mushroom, spinach, feta, to the sweet and simple nutella and banana and have loved my order every time. The servings are huge and shareable and the prices are awesome especially for a place in Los Gatos. Share a savory crepe and get a hearty snack or have one to yourself and have a complete meal. A few slices of Cantaloupe comes with each order too, mmm. Seating can be a bit of a pain, but worth the occasional struggle for the quality of the food here. Though I live in Berkeley now, I'll be back when I can. -

Is it just me, or have you noticed that this place is filthy dirty? I mean, gas station restroom filthy. The layers of grunge caked on the bathroom floor, fixtures and surrounding area made my stomach turn at the thought of the kitchen help using the facilities then returning to cook my food. I honestly don't know how the health inspector has missed this place. Suffice it to say, once I'd seen that, the grunge elsewhere popped out at me. Really gross.
I will say that I didn't really get an eyeful of how dirty the place is until after I ate, and the food was tasty - points are exclusively for that. The slathering of mushroom sauce on the turkey and brie crepe was unexpected -- especially after the counter girl touted the buckwheat crepe because it is healthier. Hey -- here's a healthier option -- don't put a bunch of unadvertised goo atop what would otherwise be a reasonably healthy choice.
Sweet Pea has a lot going for it. Among the pluses - people who sing its praises, and location. I wouldn't recommend being persuaded by either. -

I'm giving this place a 3 even though my experience sucked but.... I've only been once and it's based on one type of crepe so I might go back another time.
I came here right before the new year, I ordered a crepe with nutella and they said they were out of nutella, fine so I ordered a crepe with something else. when my crepe comes it looks like there's nutella in it so I'm happy. My first bite though I could tell it wasn't nutella it was some kind chocolate spread that tasted old and not good at all. WTF they thought I would believe that was nutella.
I thought that was lame that they didn't even give me what I asked for and figured I wouldn't know the difference between nutella and some cheap old chocolate spread.
I'm writing this review so you can make sure when you go there for a nutella crepe you actually get nutella. It's like asking for a hazelnut belgian chocolate bar and getting a old hersey bar instead, that was the differance in this chocolate spread they gave me. Watch out for it!!!! -

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The omelet with pesto, mozzarella, and tomato is to die for. Every time I'm in the Bay Area, I make sure to pay a visit to Sweet Peas. Wonderful food and very nice service!

Consistently been very tasty and of high quality for the past 10 years! My favorite combination is one savory crepe and sharing one sweet crepe. My favorite savory ones are either the mushroom, spinach, and feta or the chicken pesto. Each on buckwheat(p (feels healthier)! And then, favorite sweet one is strawberries with nutella on the plain/original crepe.
If you go during a "standard meal hour" on a nice-weather-day, there's a chance you may be waiting for a table. Generally speaking though, it's easy to find a place to sit either inside or out. -

I've never found a creperie that serves buckwheat crepes. AWESOME!
Though I have some sweet cravings, at Sweet Peas, I truly crave their savory ones. My personal favorite is the Ratatouille. Not the MOVIE but a crepe version of Ratatouille. The gravy that they put on top is the best.
The ladies up in cashier are the sweetest and nicest. I wasn't expecting it because they were so busy.
The one less star is for their seating. It's a small place, as all places in Los Gatos but the minute I eat the warm delicious savory crepe, I forget about where I'm sitting but just enjoying my meal.
They're only open for brunch lunch. I learned that the hard way.
Don't you hate it when you're craving for something, not only have you have your mind set on it, but your taste buds as well? Like you've pictured yourself eating whatever it is. yeah that happened to me and it's the suckiest feeling. This will never happen again!1 Previous Review: Show all »

I really wanted to like this place but compared to Crepeville in Davis, the crepes are dry and bland. I was also disappointed that potatoes don't come with the crepe. I also had to give them less stars because there was an eggshell in our omelette, which completely ruined it for us.
Broccoli Soup: Loaded with broccoli pulp so it was more pulpy than soup. Could have used a bit more flavor.
Ham, Swiss Crepe: Dry and lacking in flavor. I prefer my crepe moist but not soggy. The whole crepe just seemed dry to me.
Bacon Avocado Omelette: Eggshell, enough said. I gave them 2 stars because they were nice enough to refund our money back after asking what we wanted when we told them about the eggshell.
Home Potatoes: Seasoned well and you can ask for them to be extra crispy if you would like.
There's only about 5 -6 tables inside and about the same amount outside so go early if you are trying to enjoy brunch there. -

I have been coming here for six years. The one thing I always get is the grilled chicken and pesto crepe on buckwheat. Buckwheat is tastier than the regular crepe. I've also tried the hot sandwich with grilled chicken and pesto (my fave) with French fries. The creamy pesto sauce it comes with is good. The order of fries used to be bigger and it used to come with a salty-sweet seasoning. I guess it's the sign of the times!
We live in SJ and would make the special drive here whenever we're craving a crepe. The prices are average, about $8 for a crepe. The drawbacks are that it's a small place for dining in especially during the lunch rush (good luck getting a table). The parking lot is small, about 20 spots maybe (and shared with other stores). My advice is to call your order in regardless of you dining in or take out. You still have to wait in line either way (which can be a long wait at times). -

The waiter was rather short with us when we asked to have the dirty silverware replaced. The cashier was nice to us and very friendly but didn't care about what the waiter did or didn't do for us.
I had the apple crepe which wasn't very good (the apples were rather old). My girl the fruit crepe which was ok. -

I'll have to admit, the first few times I ate here, I wasn't a fan. Not sure why but I honestly don't like their crepes. I decided to give them another chance since I work near this place. I tried their quiche (which comes with fruit or salad) and is around $8 something (with tax). It's great, I love it and this has me going back for more. Since I don't want to eat quiche every time I come here I decided to try something else. Well, their soups (3 something for a cup, 5 something for a bowl, both include bread) are great. I've tried: mushroom, cauliflower and tortilla. The tortilla left something to be desired but the mushroom and cauliflower soups were excellent. I am officially a fan of this place and I'd recommend eating something other than crepes if those aren't your thing ;)

Pretty good! We got the shrimp & avocado crepe and the spinach/mushroom/feta crepe and both were very tasty. I wish the spinach was cooked a bit longer because spinach tends to leave that iron-ish taste/feeling in your mouth when it's just partially cooked. But the sauce that came with it complimented the crepe very well and the shrimp & avocado crepe was good as is. Small cafe, without much seating, but divided between indoor & outdoor tables but the food is pretty solid. I'll be back here again!

Don't you just love stumbling upon a little place and end up eating the most amazing meal? Well, that's what happened to me here about a week ago.
My friend only had fruit salad, (it looked amazing and she said she was happy with it) but I ordered one of their omelets. I just looked at their site to double check what I had and it wasn't listed. Might have been a house special or something of the sort... it had bacon, avocado and Swiss cheese if I remember correctly, it was amazingly moist, perfectly cooked and hit the spot. It was a little on the heavy side, but I quite enjoyed it. Their potato hash browns came out perfect as well..
I guess the place didn't look perfectly hospital-clean, it's an older building that felt comfortable and inviting. The tattooed cashier/hostess was quite friendly and attentive. I asked if they had business cards and they were out, but without hesitation wrote down the number and web address for me.
I saw a number of dishes being served and each one looked great and made me want to try others, but my order's portion size was more than enough for me.
I'll definitely come back when I'm in this area and I'm really looking forward to trying their other menu items (and this isn't something I say about most eateries either as I usually pick a favorite and stick to it).
I honestly don't remember how much I paid... in the rare moments where I am really amazed at how good a meal turns out to be, it sort of slips my mind. -

I used to make crepes @ Q-Cup back when I worked there but these crepes are different from the "Asian" crepes put into cones and filled with ice cream.
Sweet Peas is a cute shoppe with outdoor seating with a homey-hole-in-the-wall feel. Prices are reasonable, considering crepes, or anything French, are always expensive. I've had both their savory crepes and the sweet crepes.
For the savory crepe I tried the Beef Briand (Sirloin, brie, balsamic onions and horseradish sauce)! YUMMMMMM. It was delectable and very unique. I dig anything with horseradish and onions in it.
I also tried my friends Hawaiian Crepe which really did taste like a pizza.
I will definitely come back to try the Ratatouille Pizza!!! -

This place is really a gem. We were in Los Gatos getting haircuts and when asked for brunch/lunch recommendations, the stylist recommended Sweet Peas.
The place is extremely small, so finding a table inside or outside is rather difficult; you almost have to share a table with the people next to you and are forced to eaves drop on their conversations.
We tried the Chicken Pesto Crepe and the Roasted Turkey & Sun-dried Tomato Crepe and they were both delicious!
I will definitely come back whenever I'm in the area. -
Review from Tina A.
My friend and I had lunch here a couple days ago. The place is tiny and packed, so I figured it must be darn good. We ordered a custom crepe with chicken, mushrooms, onions, and cheese. It may be our bad for requesting our own concoction, but the crepe was dry and bland and I distinctly recall not ordering a hair to go along with the crepe (I'm sorry, appetite killed!) I couldn't stomach the dessert crepe we had also ordered with bananas, strawberries and a side of cream. Not worth the $. Disappointing.

This place has great and inexpensive food. As far as I can tell, they use very high quality ingredients and make several very flavorful dishes. Definitely worth a shot.

This place is small but cute. I got a chicken pomodoro crepe and I though it was good but nothin special. The crepe was a soggy and not crispy. The grilled chicken has was tender and has the charcoal taste which made up for the soggy crepe. They had too much cheese to our crepe so if u are looking for a light meal, I suggest u not order this. The maranara sauce was light in taste, thank goodness! I thought I was gonna get a heart attack from all the cheesiness..
My girlfriend got he napa chicken sandwich; I took a bite of it and it was delicious. The bacon was friend nice and crispy not to mentioned it was fresh unlike the frozen ones. The chicken was tender and it went well with the bacon, melted Swiss, roasted tomatoes and herbs! It was yummy! Must have when you are there. -

Sweet Pea's is one of my favorite cafe's!
The breakfast is my favorite - I never really get crepes here, but my friends usually do and they are good. Everything always tastes really fresh, which I love. The fruit salad is really good, I usually get that on the side instead of hash browns. I've had a couple salads from here before too that I really enjoyed. I like how there is enough variety to get something healthy or indulge in something decadent (savory or sweet)!
It can get pretty busy... parking is a b**** and sometime you have to linger over people tables for them to leave and weave through other customers waiting in line to get to the back and refill your coffee (love the free refills).
Whenever I come, I prefer the outdoor patio area. The place is small so you aren't guaranteed seating, unfortunately. -

I've been craving crepes for awhile and finally was able to come here to try it! The place is a small little cafe with some outdoors seating. The cashier was friendly and personable!
I had the Beef Briand and my bf had the Mixed Berries & Custard.
I thought the Beef Briand was good and the onions were savory even though I usually do not like onions (I am the type to push them to the side of the plate or take them out of my order). Overall the crepe was good but the bottom does get a little soggy from the juiciness of the onions. The beef was good but I feel like it could be fresher.
The Mixed Berries & Custard was delicious! Definitely great for a light breakfast or yummy dessert!
I would definitely come back and try something else next time but I would not go out of my way for it. -

Such a small, quaint cafe with some to die for crepes!
One rainy morning the boy brought me here for brunch. We decided to get one sweet and one savory crepe to split. We settled on the chicken pesto crepe and the mixed berries with cream and nutella.
The pesto crepe was to die for. The pesto was rich and creamy, warm and delicious. It was perfect as we sat inside next to the window and watched the rain fall. Shortly after came the sweet crepe, which was sinfully delicious. The berries were plentiful and the cream and nutella created a gooey goodness than made me want to lick the plate. I totally had to have two orders of milk, which made me feel like a little kid but I don't care. I can't wait to come back! -

Came here for breakfast with my mom yesterday. We shared a Ham and Swiss crepe. I'd never had a savory crepe before, it was really tasty. There was a nice dijon mustard in there.
I thought the portion was more than enough for two people; but if you're really hungry you should get your own.
I got a Snapple from the fridge, my mom got a milk. Milk comes in a glass (not a carton); and is actually cold when served to you (very important to my mom). A lot of places that serve milk have it left out on the counter for coffee/cooking and it's warm in the glass, but not here!
It was really early when we went, so it wasn't too crowded. There's really limited seating though. -

I've been to Sweet Peas twice. Both times were excellent!!
I enjoy savory and sweet crepes, and it's great to split one of each with a friend. I've especially love the turkey and brie crepe! The turkey is tasty and the brie is just a little gooey, which is awesome!
The nutella and banana crepe is awesome!! I'd never had nutella before, and now I'm hooked!
I will be visiting Sweet Peas each and every time I'm in the area. -

Haven't been in a while but stopped in on the weekend to get my crepe fix.. Wasn't to busy for a Sunday morning and we got some seating outside on the small patio, which was nice. Ordered up a banana chocolate cream and a crepe Benedictine and some coffee. Kind of like having the best of both worlds (breakfast and desert) all in one sitting.
Services was above average with friendly staff from start to finish. Food was prepared to order and was delivered quickly. Everything is made fresh and tasted amazing. We ate, had some coffee and were 100% satisfied with the choices and over all experience.
We definitely have to not wait as long to make a return trip to try out more CREPES... :) -

This place is a little pricey but super yummy. I love coming here for brunch. There quiches are so yummy and the fruit salad our little house salad is just as good. If you get eggs they are at least from my experience always cooked how I ask for them. The only thing is it can be a little crowded so you may have to wait for a bit. But I think it is worth the wait.

Los Gatos, CA
This place deserves a five star rating in my book. The food was good and the service was very good too. The lady who greeted us at the counter was very friendly. She was very chipper, but not in the annoying way.
We ordered 2 items. One savory (benedictine) and one sweet (berries with custard). They automatically split them for us without charging or complaining. The buckwheat crepe was good and the eggs were nicely poached. The custard was fluffy and delicious.
The place is really small. There are not many tables inside and the heat lamp outside was reported to be broken the day that we went. Dress warmly.
It was a great experience. I want to go back and try the chicken pesto crepe. -

Mmmmmm crepes :D
I came here awhile back with a friend of mine who lives in Los Gatos. Prior to this I thought crepes were only correlated with dessert but this place has sooo many breakfast items as well as sweet crepes. My sweet tooth was calling me that day and so I ordered a strawberry and nutella crepe and it was beyond satisfying.
The fruit here is fresh, sweet, and tasty. It was most definitely worth every penny.
This location is super cute too. It's small but has lovely decor and outdoor seating. It's such a great spot for brunch.
The employees were super nice and they have a large menu with so many choices, It was really hard to pick what I wanted to eat. I really appreciate how no matter what mood you're in, there is something on the menu that will fit you.
5 stars for service, prices, taste, and decor! -

Very cute place! But crepe was so so. We ordered the crepe florentine, crepes Benedict, & kids pizza crepe. To be honest crepe tasted the best.
I feel the crepes you make at home are just as good, if not better.

Breakfast is hands down, my favorite meal of the day. That being said, I love Sweet Peas!
Their crepes are delicious-- I usually order ones with fruit in them, and the crepe is soft, warm, and just fluffy enough. I'm getting homesick just thinking about them :( I've also had the fish and chips-- it was a random special one day. It was pretty good, though I did end up burning my mouth because it was so hot. The French fries were okay, a little too thick and starchy for my liking. All in all though, this is a great place to eat yummy food and catch up with friends. They are not open after lunch, which makes me infinitely sad. I would eat breakfast all day if only I could!
The only negative: You have to blitzkrieg on open seats like you are in WWII! Seating is very limited in this very popular eatery, so be prepared to swoop. -
Review from Vy N.
Santa Clara, CA
This place was pretty sweet, service wise.
But why was the chicken pesto crepe luke warm? The pesto sauce in the crepe was room temperature. I was expecting piping hot, oozing cheese to splurge out when I sliced through the crepe. But nope, it was solid cut with no ooze... It was somewhat tasty though.
I'd come back to see if the next crepe I get is more hot. If not, I may just stick to the sweet crepes. Now those, can be as cold as they want.
Verdict: 2.3 out of 5 -
Review from Rob C.
2.5 not that good. after riding the los gatos creek trail, came for a quick snack. tried the beef briand crepe with balsamic onions, regular crepe and was disappointed. a little too gummy, roast beef very dry and hard to cut (whole crepe shredded), not the best flavors.
also sampled a buckwheat one of roast turkey and sundried tomatoes. wimpy crepe, almost quesadilla like with all the cheese
try a buckwheat crepe at Ti Couz SF and you would be able to tell the obvious differences. -
Review from kim n.
Im a bit town on this one. I've hear awesome things about this place and had pretty high expectations I guess. Now Im always looking for a great crepe and now that Ti Couz in SF is shuttering Im not sure where my goto is anymore. Got the beef briand which had roast beef, brie, plus horseradish and mushroom sauces. Decently tasty but the texture of the crepe was a bit gummy and lukewarm. Maybe I caught them on an off day? Tiny space but really friendly service. 3.75 stars

Los Gatos, CA
I love crepes and had no idea there was a "crepe place" so close to home! Yay! I stopped by with my boyfriend and we decided to share a chicken pesto crepe, based on the yelp reviews. They split it for us and we grabbed a seat outside. I got my own water, but didn't see where to get ice, so I had no ice :(
It was really perfect weather to eat outside, but unfortunately there were nasty flies, gnats or whatever they were, and they kept landing on us! Ick! So next time we're sitting inside. We went around 3 and it seemed like a great time to go because there was plenty of seating and only one person in line before us.
We originally planned on ordering a dessert crepe after the pesto crepe, but realized we were both already full, plus I had some for leftovers! So we're going tomorrow for that dessert crepe :) Oh as for the chicken pesto crepe, I figure if you've looked over the reviews, you'll know that is was fantastic, delicious, fresh, tasty (and I substituted in sun dried tomatoes rather than fresh, [thanx to Connie C. since I LOVE sun dried tomatoes, but my boyfriend said he'd rather try fresh tomatoes next time because the flavor was too strong---crazy talk)
So yeah, sweet peas cafe was SWEET!!!
UPDATE: We went back a few days later and got the breakfast dish with scrambled eggs, apple sausage or something plus fruit and toast. The fruit was pretty but totally not ripe, euww! The sausage was hard for me to chew, the scrambled eggs had virtually no flavor... we did not like this dish at all. After, we split a strawberry nutella crepe. YUM!!! Really really good.... we gobbled it down in seconds. Moral of the story: go only for the crepes. -

This place was awesome for lunch. Great place to have a crepe (savory, or sweet), or an omelet, or just a cup of coffee. All the food is god and I definitely think the chicken and pesto crepe is my favorite. The crepe is fluffy and soft without being overly frail or overly thick or rubbery. The ingredients taste so fresh. I like that the flavors aren't too blunt or trying too hard to be intricate. Everything has a good, comfortable balance; it's got the same taste you'd get from a well-made homemade meal. No frills, no pretensions...everything is just plain old good. My friend likes the chicken apple sausage and cheddar omelet. And I don't remember what my boyfriend liked best, but whatever it was, he really liked this place!
Overall, I like the small setting and the homey environment. Moreover, the prices are as fair as the portions.
Great local spot; give it a try! -

I have mixed feelings about this place because the food is super yummy but the place itself really needs a good scrub down. I know they are really busy but the appearance of the walls, floor and furniture needs some attention and cleaning.
I will be back because the food was good and it's fresh but I know a few people who would walk right out the door after taking a a look at things. -

I've been eating at Sweet Peas since the week they opened. I thought crepes were just for dessert, but now I could eat them for every meal.
My favorite are the breakfast crepes. The eggs are cooked perfectly every time and there is always that great ratio of savory meat with gooey egg and sauce goodness that I crave. I recommend the Crepe Benedictine or Steak and Egg Crepe as a great first dish. Another fun combo idea is to order a savory crepe and a dessert crepe and then share both with a friend (thanks to my wife for that idea).
Only room for improvement are on the logistics. The parking can be tight, so I recommend parking across the street. The line can be long, but it is worth it and gives you time to go for something new on the menu. Bring a jacket along on cold mornings cause you might be sitting outside. -
Review from Jim A.
Came here because of y'all yelpers and boy was I disappointed!
To start, me and my compatriots waited at the front counter (tiny place by the way) for a good 10 minutes before being acknowledged by staff, who only addressed us once they were ready. Despite at least five employees not one said 'we will be with you in a few' or anything polite like that, just rude stares till they took our order.
I ordered my usual, poultry sandwich with ONLY lettuce and tomato. In the past I have said 'dry' to indicate i don't want anything other than the above mentioned ingredients. They didn't get what dry meant so I said just lettuce and tomato. What did I get on my sandwich? That's right, tons of mayo on both sides. Fuck that, I hate mayo and it ruins my meal. At least put that you put sauces on your menu, because you leave the mustard out on the tables.
The staff was overall rude, the food was bland, especially the fries and it wasn't very clean. Try one of the dozen other lunch places around here.
