I can't get too excited about Sweet Jamie Ray's. The food is ok - the ribs come with corn, jalapeno corn bread, and two sides. Not bad. The jalapeno corn bread sounds exciting, but is actually rather bland. The ribs themselves were just ok. And the atmosphere is nonexistent - several green formica tables crowding around one large, very empty room with a bar on one end. If you're really hankering for some BBQ, you'd do better making a road trip to Davenport, Cedar Rapids or Madison.
