I love this store to pieces. It has helped me out in last-minute jams for the perfect gift for women!!!!!!!! They do a great job with that pretty ribbon wrapping gifts. The buyer is smart and fills the store with just the right stuff. I have sent my husband in to buy me gifts. I must own 20 pairs of their earrings. Stunning!

The neighborhood would not be the same without this store. I hope it's here forever. Remember when there was a fire and they closed for months? Porter Square was BORING without them!! YAWN, YAWN, YAWN, YAWN, YAWN

You know when you go Christmas shopping and then you turn around and see the perfect gift for...yourself??   Ah, that's what happened to me here last weekend.  I got the most amazing, beautiful artsy top - and the best part:  when I got home, I tried it on with 3 skirts, each a different style and color - the top looked great with all of them.  I was thrilled.  And to think I'd just stopped in to say hello to Barbara and Zelda and Amy.  Saying hi to friends AND a fashion score.  Perfect.

If you get a chance this week please go they have allot of their summer clothes on sale.

    I got a dress for $23.00 and a top for $10.00
Originally the dress was $45 and the top $30.

They have very unique, one of a kind items for women not teenies or anyone going to college.

Amy and Zelda (one of the owners) will help you in finding your size what colors work for you and great conversation.

If you are looking for something for the holidays, bridal party or just want to feel sexy they have it.

Have sizes for all types of women, large extra large, big butt/wide wide hips and more.

    Zelda will hook you up..

As far as their fall winter line you will not be upset , the clothes last for a life time very classic and some are very out there more than NYC.

In which I receive a compliment around New Years last year.

Susanna is not expensive compare to Chico's and Looks.

Plus the staff helps you and they do remember your name if come a few times. They are so down to earth.

Thank god Susanna is open again!  The sweetest staff and the best clothes.  I always go here to find something unique to wear to a wedding or other special occasion.  Also nice pieces for work, either for a normal work day or when you need a little something extra.  Great jewelry too.

I don't live in the area anymore, but I make it a point to set aside a few hours each time I come home to get to Susanna!  When I return to the far away land of Texas, coworkers and friends are always dying to know where that special piece of clothing or those earrings came from.

I love this place. It is like going to a social gathering with wonderful people you know and beautiful things everywhere. All the women are so helpful and will not let you leave unless you are happy with your purchases. The sizes are not real small but have jewelry that is sparkling or just perfect for the right outfit. The clothing will last and so many of the pieces are timeless.  They are honest, sell real quality and a delight to shop in. The prices are reasonable for what you are getting and it is worth the trip. Every gift I have ever given has been wonderfully received. This is a true neighborhood with all the things one needs to feel connected to your community and to shop. Barbara, Zelda, Ellen and Amy are awesome.

The clothes here are gorgeous but expensive.  It's nice to just go in and absorb the beautiful textures and fabrics.  Definitely favors a jewel tone pallete and is geared towards adult women not teenagers.

This store is great! They sell really interesting, elegant clothing at reasonable prices and the people who work there are extremely helpful. I've ordered a number of special-order pieces over the years, like things in colors that they don't have in stock but can order for me from the designers. They are so pleasant to work with, and so thoughtful. One of my favorite stores, and I've been shopping there since the very first day it opened. You'll love it.

I had one week to go before my trip to England and nothing appropriate to wear.  My sister and I would be hiking and theatre going and we promised each other to "pack light."  I was becoming frantic.

I stopped in Susanna in Cambridge and they had everything I needed.  I'm not a great shopper so Amy took me by the hand and created several mix and match outfits that look fabulous.  I'm not thin but she even managed to make me look 10 lbs thinner!

Susanna is not expensive compared to travel clothing lines like Travel Smith and you don't look like every other tourist.  I think this shop is extra special.  There is an atmosphere that is welcoming and helpful.  There are many, many choices and wonderful unique pieces that are beautiful and fun to wear, and aren't high maintenance.  Their jewelry is fabulous.  I bought a little black sparkle necklace with pull strings that will be easy to pack and add a little dressed up look to my wonderful tops.

In the days of indifferent and uninterested employees in the Mall and the impersonal, hit and miss with sizes, internet shopping experience I think that Susanna is a fabulous place to shop and everyone there is wonderful and they really care if you leave happy!

I'm off to England on a long awaited trip with my sister and I will be looking pretty darn good thanks to Amy and the wonderful shop Susanna.

This shop is good for accessories and has wonderful sales staff, but that's about it. I used to get the odd dress or blouse here, but no more. The clothes tend to be rather shapeless and baggy-looking.

It's my FAVE clothing store. Clothes are romantic, unusual, artistic, often retro, elegant, zany, and savvy. The staff is so helpful, a REAL gem of a boutique. You will get lost in this lovely over sized boudoir.  LOVE the jewelry too. The prices are very reasonable.  I used to shop LOOKS but their clothes selection changed to trendy, not artistic and timeless anymore and their prices went through the roof.  Plus Susanna's has sizes for more than just skinny youth! I'm in my element when I walk through the door. I adore the whole store and its lovely staff! They know my body shape , what I look good in, what styles I gravitate to. Nothing ordinary about them.

Nice clothes, nice looking store. But it seems like the people who work here are way more interested in talking about their personal lives than in helping customers. I don't like to be hovered over, but a little interest from a salesperson would be nice. I felt like I would be interrupting a therapy session if I asked for assistance.
