Supercuts

Walked in at 3:33pm on Saturday Sept 21, there was no one there, and it was 27 mins to closing. The lady asked if we had a reservation, I said no. She then politely refused to cut my hair because they were "booked." Said she had a 3:35 and 3:45 appointment. I was stricken by this, considering she was the only one there.

I then asked, if no one shows up at 3:35, could I have their seat. She said no. I then told her I'd be happy to tip her $10. She said nothing and just kept fixing her mop.

We went out side and waited... no one came. So, you mean to tell me, that you can cut a head in 10 mins and cash out? And deny a $10 tip

I really think that 3 stars is more than enough for a place that just cuts my hair. What little I have left. I still feel that barbers should charge according to how much hair a person has up to 20.00. Me? very little left. Might have given 4 stars if they would have given me a senior rate, but, alas, NO! Won't be going back. 18.00 for a No. 8 cut in less than 10 min? Not good business.

Will say the cutter did do a good job. Did it exactly the way I wanted it.

These stylists needs to go back to beauty school! And learn how to cut hair!! They butchered my kid's hair last summer. Gave them another chance, and butchered the hair cut again! It was HORRIBLE! How is the place still open with the same horrible stylist!?
