My husband received a horrible haircut!

Pro's-

-No wait
-Decent price
-You get what you pay for

Con's-
-Stylist was nervous..yes you could tell.. her hands were shaky (yikes) must have just gotten out of beauty school
-Simple men's haircut ended up being "I forgot to trim the back"
-Husband had NOTICEABLE uneven hair in the back
-Didn't clip the edges near the ears

Will not go back and yes yelled at my husband for not going back to his regular stylist. I even wanted him to go back for a refund but he refused. -_-

I've never felt like I had a steady "hairstylist" just random people I got my hair cut by, but after going to super cuts, I know that's where I'm always going to go- and I'm always asking for Becca.

Becca made me feel comfortable and that I was in control of how my haircut was going to go, with her cosmetology wisdom to help me make the right choices.

I expected my haircut to run me around 30-50 dollars and it was much cheaper then that. Nice price for an amazing haircut, it was great.

The only reason I'm giving this establishment 4 stars instead of 5 is because the seating in the waiting area is so uncomfortable.

What I enjoyed most of all about my experience with Super Cuts besides Becca was that I could check in using their app and my name would be on the list before I even got there.

Good cut, angry barber. Avoid Michael as he lacks customer service skills such as eye contact, interactive communication and appeared to be seething with anger. He talked to me and his co-workers as though our very existence was a waste of oxygen. I asked him about products and hair styles to which he grunted and at one point told me my questions were pointless as he was not going to bother with an answer. Perhaps my total of 4 questions was too information for him. I typically go to a Supercuts as they usually provide affordable services for walk ins. But I am frightened for the public that this man has access to razors and scissors.

A very personable and competent young man cut my son's hair immediately, w/ no appt. "Best cut ever" was my son's assessment!

I went for a quick hair cut the other day the salon was slow and after I had my haircut I can understand why no one goes to this place
The stylist was on her 50s she was awful had an attitude and smelled like an ashtray.

Overall I like this place and my haircut.

I've been searching for a new barber so I don't have to drive all the way to Gaithersburg. My criteria is simple.

1) Location- This place is just a few minutes away from home.
2) Stylist - The stylist was great. She was polite and making sure I liked my hair cut. It turned out pretty good.
3) Price - Not to high, not too low, so about average. I used a coupon to try out first but left a nice tip.
4) Ambiance- The inside was clean and nice bright (warm) lighting. Not much else to say. I do dislike those hospital style (white) lighting in some shops I've been to.

Very bad cut the stylist cu tony hair to short and the fade i asked for was done at all won't go back

Got a shampoo and a haircut. Like anyone, it's hard to find a great haircut, but I was very happy with this place. Shampoo felt great as well as the hot towel after the haircut. Oh, the haircut was on point as well. Haha
