Super Friends Moving

I hired Super friends to move me to WI and it didn't go well. They came to my house and packed everything thing in one truck and I thought was going to be moved in the same truck. It turns out that they "repacked" everything into another truck by what looks like throwing it all in. Thousands of dollars in damages that I was promised reimbursement for only to be ghosted by the owner after a couple of months of the run around. Unprofessional and flat out careless to damage peoples items and not take responsibility. Run like the wind unless you don't care about your belongings.
Not to mention the missing boxes.

I'm moved ~14 times in my life so far. This was by far the best experience I had with any moving company (although we had also some other really good movers). Super Friends Moving was extremely professional, careful with our household and just amazing friendly. They listen to your concerns and wishes. Definitely we will book them again. A special thanks to Evan, Jame and Sam...best team ever! Last but not least...the price was also outstanding!

Unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They are UNINSURED!! They hit our car while it was parked and did thousands of dollars in damage and our insurance company just told us we're out of luck because the owner is uninsured. Now we wait for the insurance company to go after them.

I absolutely loved Super Friends Moving!

I used them on my recent move July 30th from North Seattle to the South Waterfront of Portland. I booked them about 5 or 6 weeks before the move. I emailed them to add a sofa dump to my list of needs about 2 weeks before the move, and received a very quick response.

I will admit that i was nervous not receiving a conformation email or call closer to the date of my move, but nevertheless my movers called 15 minutes before 8am, and were promptly on time for our move!

I had a one bedroom apartment with no bed frame, desk, or sofa (easier to buy new IKEA furniture than haul cross-state) and about 80 boxes, mainly medium size. They packed up the apartment in a little over 2 and a half hours, and unpacked in under 2, even though we moved onto the 6th floor (thankfully with an elevator).

With the three hour travel time (even though it took them longer in traffic), and the $315 truck rental flat fee charge, our total cost, including the 10% cash discount (BEST DEAL EVER) was exactly as quoted to us, at $1035

Best money ever spent. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and put all the boxes in the right room.

I hired the fellas to unload a storage container I had shipped to my new apartment in PDX. Alex and Levi showed up right on time and ready to get kickin'. I was moving into the top floor of a building with no elevator (I was honest with them from the get-go, 4 floors, no lift, basically a free crossfit workout if you're one of those "glass-half-full" types?). The guys were cheerful, and got the job done super fast. I was pretty stressed about this move, especially with a lot of moving parts (out of state shipping company, portland city permits, top floor apartment) and these guys helped the entire parade come together. They were VERY reasonably priced, as well. Would absolutely hire again in a heartbeat (except the fact that I'm so sick of moving that I'm never moving again. BUT IF I DID...)

I booked Super Friends to unload my two portable storage units, based on the fact that they had a Yelp $25 for $50 deal. Of the all the companies I saw on Yelp, they were mostly reasonably priced and had a number of options for reducing cost (e.g., paying cash, moving during the week).

Unfortunately, upon moving some of my belongings from our old house, I arrived to find that the street had been dug up by the city and would not be open again until after my scheduled delivery. SF was very flexible with rescheduling the move and did not charge a fee.

The guys did a stand up job...one of my units was loaded very haphazardly, but they managed to unload it without breaking anything. They did not break any of my belongings, and also did not dent any of the fixtures or walls when moving in my belongings. In fact, they pointed out the damage to my furniture that was caused by those who loaded my units and gave advice on how to get compensated for the damage. They responded to my instructions on where to put the boxes, and put together my queen bed and dresser without issue.

I took off one star because they were a couple of hours late in getting to my home (they did call to let me know that the rain delayed them), they didn't have the tools they needed to put my furniture together, and I had to request that they put down runners because of the water they were tracking in from outside. (None of these issues deterred the success we reached in the move.)

I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a small move.

We used Super Friends for our recent move from Seattle to Portland. We had a small condo in Seattle, and even though there wasn't a ton of furniture, we didn't want to move ourselves.

Despite one of the corniest name's in the industry (and this is an industry with a lot of odd names), we picked them because they had earned a reward from angie's list.

They showed up on time, were professional through out the move, and set up everything where we wanted it. None of our furniture was damaged or dirtied during the move.

Overall, they made a stressful day much easier. We moved into an apartment and are having our new home built now. When we move again, we will definitely use Super Friends.

Never used a moving company before, now I don't know what I was waiting for. Small move, one bedroom apartment, but was all done in 3 hours (load to unloaded)! Very professional, handled everything with care and even kept an eye on my cat. Highly recommend.

I had Super Friends move my elderly mother this week. They were great to deal with, friendly, on time, worked hard, and charged what they had originally estimated. You cannot get much better than that!! They must do a really good job of vetting employees as all are youngish guys that are very personable and not off the street rough and tumble mover guys like you might expect. They seemed like the sons of friends that you can trust. Loved them!!
