What a great place to stay if you want to hit the snow in the Utah Slopes. This Super 8 is really cheap (we only paid $50 a night, and during the President's weekend) for its location and what it offers, clean rooms, good service, continental breakfast (with waffles, cereal, donuts, muffin, coffee, hot chocolate, etc), free wireless internet, and spa! What more can you ask for, for such a cheap price! The city of Midvale is about half an hour away from all the great ski resorts (maybe even less), and about 15 minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City. The hotel is in easy access of the freeways and right across the street from a delicious breakfast diner (I forgot the name but front desk will tell you). It's excellent choice for a weekend stay or more!
For the past 4 years, I put up all my family at this hotel. The staff takes good car of the place, and they have staff that live on the premises. Plenty of places to eat with in walking distance (McDonald's, Wendy's, Tony Roma's, Marie Calendar's, Hoppers) and they serve a Continential Breakfast too. Shopping nearby includes grocery, Walmart, OfficeMax. Easy to get on & off I-15 & I-215.
