Slightly below average hotel but yes, it is a budget hotel so I guess it makes sense.  Outside right across from our room was a huge dumpster so we were greeted to our day in WI by the sound of glass being thrown into the dumpster..  over ..  and over..  and over.  I think it might have been a windshield repair place or something.  Yikes!
