My boyfriend and I stayed here on our way back to NYC on a road trip, and I gotta say - for a motel, this place is stellar. The room was clean and smell-free, the service was helpful, beds comfy, and they had a full continental breakfast. Most importantly it was affordable, which is important when you're low on cash and trying to get out of a bad rainstorm in the middle of the night.
I'll definitely keep Super 8 in mind when I'm next on the road and looking for a place to stay the night. -

Yuck. I'm down with the low budget motel, but this place is just icky.
The toilet sort of wobbled when you sat on it, the hair dryer only worked when it felt like it and the back piece kept falling off. The smoke alarm sprinkler thingie appeared to be rotting. No irons. The place just smells.
I mean, it's a Super 8. You get what you pay for. -

So we check in yesterday just for the night...the place was filthy which was bad enough but as we laid on the bed we were attacked by, I'm assuming, bed bugs...we had bites all over us and it stung like hell everytime we got bit...at 8:30 pm we realize we can't stay here so we get up and shower put our clothes in a seperate bag..we go down to the office and tell the girl..she says let me go check..she comes down & starts yelling there's no bug..she use to work for a pest control place..I tell her look at the bites all over our bodies..she gets really confrontational and screams there's no bugs and ur not getting a refund..first of all who asked for a refund..beotch..and second now at 9:30 pm exhausted we now have to drive 2 hours to get home...it was the worst experience of my life!!!! I would rather have a tooth pulled then ever stay at another one of their motels especially if this is how they treat their customers..I am praying we did not bring any of their critters home with us if we did look for our exterminating bill..o by the way..asked the girl for a corporate phone number and she said they didn't have one..called the motel today and asked to speak to the manager of course she was not there..I again asked for a coporate number & was again told they don't have one..well guess what I found & called the number today..so ladies I guess u do have a frakin corporate number..might want to keep that in mind cause I have a feeling u r going to have many more complaints about ur critter problem!

Cute room nice front desk service breakfast comes with and excellent prices HOWEVER, the lady at the front desk gave us a key to the wrong room which we went into and saw that someone else was checked into the room. The bed was uncomfortable and if you like a big pillow, ask for more because the ones that come in the room are very small and flat.
