I was in Dallas for a couple of weeks in August, and I was looking for a yoga studio. I typically practice either ashtanga or vinyasa yoga.
The yoga done here seems a cross between ashtanga an bikram. It's a set sequence of postures done in a heated room (98.6 degrees). I liked the sequencing in their classes alot better than bikram - and there is more flow than bikram. And I'm one of those crazies who likes to sweat alot when doing yoga.
Best of all, you can try it out for $10 for 10 days! I'd recommend it. And next time I'm in Dallas, I'll probably go again.
