Either this place is fabulous or the wine tastings took over my brain.
It's pretty and I like to sit outside by the fountain. The chicken salad is yummy! Hooray!
The first time I wanted to try Sunflower for lunch, the crazy layout/traffic flow of the front area drove me out quickly as it was a fairly busy tourist season day.
Tried it again yesterday with a lower volume of people in town and even tho the same problem exists up front we ordered a couple of salads.
So here's the deal: there is no real place to queue up gracefully in the area where you must stand and approach the counter to order your food and get your number for table service. Which means there is continual jockeying of the clump of customers for who's up next, AND, in this narrow cramped, crowded area the clump is continually being jostled about by the bussers and table service staff who have to go thru this area to get in and out of the kitchen.
The back courtyard area is an obstacle course disaster area, with furniture too big for the space, making it extremely challenging to squeeze by full tables to get to the empty ones. So after running the gauntlet our two small uninspired salads arrived, and since they came to almost $18 we won't be back. NEXT.
Indeed the outdoor patio on a sunny day makes you happy just to be alive.
But then the food arrives.
Mine was disappointingly bland. It did not match the atmosphere.
I had the turkey omelet which was dry, and the accompanying potatoes had no flavor. The wheat toast was, again, just plain. The Trader Joe's bread I have at home would have trumped it. I'd expect far better bread in Sonoma!
That said, I am actually willing to try it again based on the reviews here since I am a sucker for Yelp. But I'll go first to the many other places on my list.
They have done a great job with this place.
Food is great, the ambiance is wonderful and the staff friendly.
After walking in circles looking for breakfast, we figured out apparently sunflower caffe is the only people who believes in it.
I was really craving an omelette so this really made me happy, I had a spinach and feta one. super good and with a spicy mocha. mmmmm
honeyb's however was really weird, just a vegetarian omelette with prepackaged veggies, like carrots and green beans, almost like stew ingredients with a slight pickled flavor...ick.
I shared mine with him.
they have a good amount to choose from, a lot of selections looked pretty good. just not the vegetarian omelette. yay for coffee bar
I had the pleasure of enjoying Sunflower Caffe for breakfast during my stay in Sonoma. Situated right on West 1st Street at Sonoma Plaza, this little breakfast nook had the most perfect location for sidewalk dining, as well as their ultimate garden patio outdoor dining.
The garden is just perfect on a perfect morning, the fog was slowly burning off and sun gently beat down. The garden is definitely THE place to be sitting at this restaurant, there are plentiful seating options, from cozy round tables, to larger booth like tables. All tables are well covered with cute yellow umbrellas.
The ambiance truly made the feel of this garden a real treat. There is a beautiful fountain in the middle of the garden, with floating sunflowers. Cute aspect! Furthermore, the garden was decorated with very summery flowers.
When it comes to dining, you order first at the front counter, grab a number and seat yourself wherever you please.
For breakfast:
* Southwestern Omelet : Chicken breast, roasted red chilies, tomato, pepper jack, chipotle Tabasco, and sour cream. Great flavor, loved the red chilli and Tabasco.
* Turkey in Italy: Fresh roasted turkey, pesto, tomato, onion, sour cream, and parmesan cheese. My favorite omelet! Omelet was perfectly fluffy, and there was a perfect amount of ingredients in each bite.
* Pecan Waffle : Served with cinnamon honey-butter. h o l y m o l y! Definitely a must try here at Sunflower. I loved that the pecans were pretty much halved or whole pieces. I was a bit skeptical thinking that the pecans were going to be blended into the waffle batter, and you could only get the flavor of the pecan, with no texture. But after that first bite, the burst of pecan flavor inside waffle, made me say w o w ! I also requested the waffles to be topped with sliced banana. Delish!
Hands-down, this is the ultimate breakfast spot when in Sonoma! I will definitely be back!
I visited this caffe (and why the second 'f' i'm just wondering) on Mon. 7/27/09 at 1:30 in the afternoon. It was crazy busy with quite a line in the front. The person most likely to be the manager directed us to the back bar for ordering and slightly faster service. This was appreciated.
The back patio is indeed the best spot to sit. Very nice. The food and service however...leaves a bit to be desired.
I orderd the Chicken Pesto Sandwich on Focaccia. I then ATTEMPTED to order a glass of Pinot Gris. However, they were out of both selections on the menu. I had to settle for a Chardonnay.
The pitchers of lemon water left out in 'help yourself style' were empty. I overheard the folks at the next table explaining that they had been told there was no lemonade. Goodness!
When the food arrived it was served w/out silverware. I had to ask for that. The bread was way to hard/dry so that when you bit into it it not only scraped the roof of your mouth but caused the middle bits to squish out the other end. However, the flavor combo of the items inside of the sandwich (chicken, pesto mayo, lettuce, tomato) were quite tasty. The side salad was very odd. A strange combo of raisens, celery, wild rice, cucumber, tomato and maybe even mango bits? However, it had a very standard pasta salad type dressing. Not terribly impressive.
Hoping to elevate an otherwise so-so lunch, I asked the manager (guy in the yellow shirt) if they still had a lemon bar or two around and h said he would check for me. 15 mins later I just went to the bar and asked. It was brought back to me slightly worse for wear and wrapped in plastic wrap. No plate, no offer of fork, nice. At least it tasted good.
Even with the free wireless, i would not hurry back for food. However, the lattes they were bringing out as I stood in line did look yummy. Maybe I'll go back for one of those if in the are.
My family and I were in Sonoma for Fourth of July and decided to have lunch at Sunflower Caffe. Some of my co-workers had gone there the week before and had good things to say about it.
We walked in and I was immediately charmed by the laid-back atmosphere and the amazing back patio area. I loved everything about it initially and was very ready to give it the full 5 stars. But then we waited. And waited. For an hour. It doesn't take an hour to make 6 sandwiches, of which only 2 are hot. Minus one star.
Finally, after I went in and checked a couple times, our food arrived. I wish I could tell you I was blown away by it, but I wasn't. It was good, but definitely not worth the $70 tab.
In spite of everything, I'd go back if I was in the area. I'd just have to make sure I didn't need to be anywhere else anytime soon.
Solid breakfast spot in cute downtown Sonoma. They have an expansive outdoor seating area in the back and have just opened an outdoor wine bar, complete with a decent collection of wines by the glass as well as a separate bar menu.
All of the breakfast offerings sounded tasty, so it took me a while to settle on the avocado, egg and pepper jack breakfast sandwich to accompany my abuelo dark chocolate mocha.
Great breakfast sandwich and the mocha was strong and not too sickly sweet, but still with a strong taste of chocolate. The outdoor area is truly a treat and a great way to spend a Saturday morning.
If nothing else, have a drink outside and take in the sun of Sonoma County.
I came here with the family the day after our wedding for brunch. This place is an adorable little gem. You order at the counter and you can sit inside or on their gorgeous patio out back. They offer heavy breakfast items to light and healthy. All of their ingredients are tasty and fresh. Their espresso drinks are delicious!! I know we overwhelmed them a bit with our 10 people party, but they took it really well and with a friendly Sonoma smile.
Try the smoked salmon ceasar, the duck sandwich and any other their omletts. DELICIOUS!
Ate here on a weekday with my husband. He had the duck sandwich and I had the cheese tray. Cheese tray was great. My husband said "where's the rest'? as there were only 2 thin slices of duck and mostly bread for his sandwich. If there'd been more duck, it would have been a good selection as it came with salad. Overall, it's a bit pricey but they can get away with it because of their location. We sat inside because I'm a wilting flower when it comes to heat and sun but the patio looked beautiful. They left doors open so the flys were having a field day inside but I would eat here again.
Wine tasting? I need breakfast first. Dad...I need to eat. Hungry. Hey, are you guys hungry? Hey look, Jack in the Box. What do you mean you don't want fast food ma?! Yeah...I guess I can wait until we get to Sonoma. Hey look, they have Cafe in their name! I'll bet they have breakfast.
They do! They do! Their menu is all full of weird stuff, but that smoked salmon omelet sure sounded good to me...and it was great! My mom's American in Paris omelet was also fantastic and they actually used fresh spinach! Mmmmm...go fresh spinach! My father also enjoyed his waffle, however he wasn't sitting close enough for me to steal his food so I can't say it was good first hand.
They also handled the huge crowd spectacularly. I'm really glad we stopped here and would stop by again if I were in the area...even if they don't have anything "normal" on the menu.
This place doesn't look terrible, but the service and the food were among the worst I've had.
I was in Sonoma with a friend on a Friday afternoon and decided to grab a quick sandwich at the Sunflower Caffe. Usually I go to the Girl and the Fig or to the Swiss Hotel for meals, but I decided to try something different this time. Inside, the menu looked good but the line was long and standing in front of the register was hot. (It was a hot day and they had hot air blowing out from the refrigerators inside right at your face while you were trying to order and pay).
After sitting down in their lovely backyard patio, we proceeded to wait for over 30 minutes for our food. We had ordered 1 goat cheese stuffed pepper appetizer, 1 vegetarian sandwich, and 1 small salad.
Goat cheese stuffed pepper appetizer: WAY too much orange zest on the top. The whole thing tasted like bitter orange and nothing else. It was a bowl of olive oil that tasted like orange, cheese that tasted like orange, and pepper that tasted like orange.
Vegatarian sandwich: I'm not a picky eater, especially when it's just a sandwich and I'm hungry, but this was the WORST SANDWICH I'VE HAD IN MY LIFE. The menu said vegetables, but that meant stewed and pickled celery, carrots, green beans, and cauliflower. I don't expect celery and green beans on a sandwich, but for them to be PICKLED? Ewwwww, the taste was disgusting and I literally didn't eat ANY of it. I ended up just eating the baguetteish bread and dipping it in the orange tasting olive oil appetizer. THIS PICKLED WEIRD VEGETABLE SANDWICH WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING THING EVER.
The small salad: my friend had ordered this and it ended up being the smallest "side" salad that she's ever had for $9 bucks. Just lettuce, a few of the pickled celery that I had, and all for the bargain price of $9 bucks.
Overall, the service was incredibly slow and the food was terrible. I've seen that other people have had good reviews so I'm totally confused here. Also, everyone gets numbers when you order, and we had noticed that there were a bunch of other hungry people sitting around forever waiting for their food. We kept thinking our dining experience wasn't that bad but we became increasingly mad as time went on and as we tasted the food.
Basically: Don't go here! I'd literally try anywhere else on Sonoma square first.
I had forgotten my previous experience here, and so off to the Sunflower we went again today.
Blah.
That's the word that comes to mind. I love a foccacia roasted veggie sandwich like nobody's business and I had the ODDEST one ever today. WHY was there celery in there people, why?? And broccoli. Limp, chartruse broccoli. That's a new one. Raw tomatoes and lettuce made my dry, tasteless, foccacia soggy and unpleasant. Weird sweet/tangy pickled flavor was eck.
Nice little side salad of red onions, peppers and mini buffalo mozz was a treat against this schitzo sandwich.
Coffee, however was strong, robust and rich.
But one cannot survive on coffee alone now, can one?
Came here in the late afternoon to relax with a beverage and just chill with a friend. We had a spiced chai without any milk and a ginger beer and proceeded to the back courtyard which was really comfortable and relaxing. They also have small glasses for water scattered for further hyrdation with cumcumber which is a plus after an afternoon of wine tasting. We sat back enjoyed ourselves, so much so that they had to come around and tell us that they had been closed for 30 minutes.
Just the atomsphere, the environment in the back courtyard gives this place 3 stars plus the laid-back but friendly service brings it up to 4 stars.
My husband and I had breakfast here on a Sunday morning. The stars I did give were for the fabulous back patio they have. It really is a great atmosphere on a sunny day. The food however, not so great. My husband had the pedestrian breakfast sandwich which was SO boring! For $7, plain sourdough bread, an egg, a few slices of ham and a slice of cheese. Not to mention it was tiny. They were out of most of their bagels by 10:30am, which was a bummer.
On a positive note, they do have massive mimosas. They are spendy though, $10. Even though the patio was awesome, we won't be going back.
My boyfriend and i go here every now and then for a good place to eat and talk. The food is really tastey, not "AMAZING :O!"... but depending on what you order, it definitely hits the spot. We would go there more often but it can be pricy.
local artists put their stuff up on the walls to check out while you down your food/drink/whatever.
i remember going here when i was lil with my mom. We would sit in the back garden for breakfast and i would run around and sneak the tiny individual packs of strawberry jelly into my pockets :D
i actually tried duck (it was in a sandwich) for the first time there at the Sunflower O_o it was hard to get myself to do it because i had a duckling years ago as a pet. But once i got past the traumatization of the old memories, the sandwich was quite incredible ^-^
As always I went back to Sunflower the other day and the food was great. It was very crowded, good for them. My coffee was great, thank you for listening! The service was good and pretty quick considering they were very busy, hardly a spot to sit but we found a nice spot in the shade to chat and sit the baby. I had roast beef sandwich and it was really yummy, I wanted the chicken salad but they were out, it's popular so in a rush since my friend had ordered and the nice gentleman ringing us up let me cut, I chose the roast beef, satisfying. And I must say, the coffee was the best I had had there.
Also, if you're curious they do give free refils on sodas, that's cool.
My friend loved her lox and veggies, though they were out of bagels, People: the locals love the bagels so if you want one you gotta get there early. I personally prefer the foccacia.
A+ guys, keep it up!

Good for lunch and a light breakfast. Avocado, swiss and egg bagel is yummy. The girls that work… Read more »
This place is great if you want to sit outside. They have one of the best outdoor dining areas around. The food is pretty good, my sister and I sometimes get a cheese plate (which is pretty expensive for what it is, especially in comparison to other Sonoma restaurants that serve cheese plates, I think its around $14 and the portions of nothing-special-cheese are teeny tiny) and sandwiches (which are awesome). Their soup is usually good, salads are nothing special, ok beer and wine selection. Basically I come here for the patio seating. Its the best. The patio is huge and there is a good mix of shade and sun.
This cafe is delicious! You first walk into a room with a counter and pastries set upon it. You look at the menu and tell the cash register what you want, and pay. Then, you can take a seat on the open, bright patio with your number and wait for your waiter to come and serve you your food. They have wonderful belgian waffles with real maple syrup! Their smoothies are also unbelievable, made with fresh fruit! Their cappucinos are also delicious with a foam heart on top!
We went here hoping for a nice meal outside in the great weather. We got our order completely messed up and the topper? A pigeon on the lovely sun cover pooped on my friend.
We ordered 3 sandwiches, a bread pudding, a soda and it all ended up being about $40. I had asked the girl behind the counter what kind of bread pudding they had (as it was on the menu and in clear view of the cash register) and she told me she didn't know, that it was just bread pudding and it was good. I asked what kind of flavor it had and she said she didn't know that it was plain and it might have some cinnamon in it but it came with chocolate sauce and ice cream.
All three sandwiches were made incorrectly- mine and my daughter's had mayo (we asked for none), and mine clearly had had the pesto but it had been scraped off, and my friend's sandwich was suppose to have two cheeses but only had one on it. I had to send my sandwich back when it arrived with mayo but my daughter was so hungry I just tried to scrape off the mayo for her. When my sandwich came back it was clear they had put pesto on it and then scraped it off so I couldn't share it with my son. What I did eat was totally bland. My chicken was very dull- it was suppose to be lemon but I couldn't taste any lemon on it at all. The bread pudding was huge but dried out and pretty boring- in fact we didn't even finish it.
The patio was lovely but not really baby safe- the lip on the fountain is too low for children to be around. It was cool and very nice with flowers but with the pigeons flying around were not very pleasant and obviously getting pooped on pretty much made for the worst eating experience.
It's not the type of place that will make your Napa-Sonoma experience a special one but it will suffice if you are just looking for some decent breakfast. I had the pecan waffles with a side of bacon and was not disappointed.
However, the rest of the menu didn't even appeal enough to make want to visit again. I will probably go elsewhere next time I am in town.
Delightfully cozy.
Warm patio.
Clean restrooms.
Quaint decor.
HOLY SHIT, the best Mexican hot chocolate I have ever had.
Had breakfast there last week while staying in Sonoma based on great reviews here on yelp. LOVED i! GF and I had an omelete, waffle and mocha coffee. Love the casual atmosphere, ate inside on one of the high tables. Everyone was friendly, portions good and food delicious. Pricing was appropriate. Nice seating outside, front and back. We will be back again!
Cute - good coffee - nice servers!
I finally decided to stop and try the food here. Always thought is was just a coffee destination. But at lunch time the place is packed with- get this people eating lunch. My goat cheese sandwich was good but for $11?? Salad was also good but I think the place is over priced for what they offer. I think they are lucky to have the location they have and are taking full advantage of it. Nothing wrong with that- just hope they know that there is always competition right around the corner.
UPDATE- Owner contacted me once the review was posted. Stated that his costs for my goat cheese sandwich helped him break even... My being in the business I understand- and yes, it was a very tasty sandwich but I ran it all by the chef I work for and he agreed.... Priced too high.
Great place for lunch when visiting wine country. Waiter was super nice, nice selection of lunch food, and quick service. I was in a group of 4 and everyone was happy with what they ordered (nice menu selection, fresh ingredients, and good portions). Their back garden looks awesome - unfortunately it was too cold that day to enjoy it. I'll definitely try it next time I'm out there. They even have a wine bar out in the back, and everything is very woodsy - has an almost island feel to it.
This place seemed nice and cozy. The rain outside prevented us from sitting on the patio but we made it work by pulling together two tables in the narrow hallway.
I ordered a waffle with fruit and whipped cream and a peppermint hot chocolate. The hot chocolate tasted good but was nothing special. My waffle arrived with no fruit or whipped cream. It sat only because they only give you one waffle for over 8 dollars with the toppings. A little pricey for something so simple. They did correct this mistake when I brought it back up to the counter. The other three with me enjoyed their food.
If you are going be prepared for a pricey coffee shop.
Sunflower Caffe has a nice tea selection and the BF enjoyed the latte but thought the capuccino tasted a bit funky. It's best to visit on a sunny day where can enjoy the delightful outdoor patio, admire the lush vegetation and watch the birds frolicking in the fountain .
However, if you're there on a freezing cold day and sitting indoors, you might just get lucky like us. We were sitting inside when we were bombarded by the local "pee wee" cheerleading squad. 2 dozen prepubescent girls were surrounding our table and Christmas caroling in order to raise funds for the championship. At first they were cute and charming, but after the 3rd verse of the "12 days of Christmas," we had headaches and just wanted them to stop. Giving them cash encouraged them to give us some peace and quickly go on their way.
I was an idiot and forgot my very expensive SLR camera under the table. I didn't realize it was missing until the next day, so the staff deserves major kudos for finding it and storing it safely. For their ethical behavior alone, I will forever be grateful.
Had lunch in their garden with family on beautiful sunday afternoon. Lines a bit long to order, but service good and kid-friendly and food was delicious. Most amazing mozzarella, basil, tomato sandwich on foccaccia..., great grilled vegetable salads, and the kids gobbled up grilled cheese. Right next to the much fancier El Dorado Hotel.
I like the Sunflower. After a morning at Steiners a couple doors down, I'll often stroll to the Sunflower and grab a breakfast sandwich and gourmet hot tea.
I love me some tea. Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Oolong, Green, you name it. And Sunflower has some beautiful teas.
For breakfast, I particularly like the pedestrian: a bagel or sourdough sandwich stuffed with ham, egg, and cheddar. But since ordering the avocado and pepper jack version, I'm much happier. It's like a little omelet on toast.
I have heard great things about their duck sandwich but haven't tried it myself.
True, as a previous reviewer said, the portions aren't huge. But I don't need more food, just good food. I can barely squeeze into my skinny jeans as it is.
Word to the wise: Sunflower gets busy on weekends, especially sunny ones, but a line in their tiny indoor cafe looks longer than it is. It usually moves pretty fast.
But because Sunflower is so popular, it is sometimes kind of slow. Pick somewhere else if you're in a hurry.
They have two adorable patios: one garden, one street side. Well-behaved dogs are permitted on the street patio.
Even with an ownership change a long time back, this place is even more amazing. The menu options keep expanding. The ready-to-eat counter is even to die for. Surprisingly extra flavorful and inventive especially for the barely noticeable to the wallet pricing! We like that!
STRATEGY ON SUNNY, PRETTY BUSY TIMES: Partial sit-down service. But go to the register inside with everyone's order and send a scout out to grab the ideal table.

Better and better every time we go in. Have been dining here since the beginning… Read more »
OK breakfast. OK Coffee. Very pleasant patio.
I had the herbed goat cheese, tomato and spinach omelet served on a lovely ceramic plate that had sunflowers on the border ($11.00). It was a flat, folded omelet. The spinach was fresh, the tomato, OK and Laura Chenel goat cheese is Laura Chenel goat cheese. It was fine.
The smallish portion of cubed potatoes looked like they had a little paprika. They were fine.
The bread is from Basque Boulangerie located on the other side of the Plaza. Unfortunately, I'm not that much of a fan of that bakery but most people are. To paraphrase an old joke, I thought the bread was only OK, and there wasn't enough of it.
There is only one slice of toast with breakfast. There are quite a few restaurants that will charge $11 for a breakfast dish, but they will give the standard two slices of toast.
The Ecco coffee is one of those that I want to like more since it is local and organic, but repeating the joke ... it was only OK and there were no refills.
I was happy to hear that Sunflower is now using Clover butter a local dairy with a great reputation. On my visit it was Darigold butter. .
The produce is from Greenleaf a local high end provider of produce, However, something went wrong with the orange garnish on my plate as it had an off fermented taste.
If I do go back it would be for lunch or to sit on the patio with a glass of wine which is reasonably priced and served in nice glasses or a pot of Harney & Sons tea. My choice would be some of the items that are favorably reported on yelp - the pecan waffle, pork loin sandwich and the duck sandwich.
The website mentions on the second Tuesday of each month there is a special dinner The Café Guerbois Dinner Club I could see giving that a try on a warm summer evening.
All in all, Sunflower tries to use quality ingredients and of the 25 or so restaurants on or within walking distance from the plaza it is in the top 3 most affordable menus
With the guidance from our hotel concierge, we were pointed to Sonoma Plaza to Sunflower. Nondescript from the outside, it could have been easily missed had we not been told. As you order at the counter, you have no idea that a garden seating awaits down the corridor. I think it was the setting that made the breakfast.
My Pecan Waffle with cinnamon honey butter tasted just a little better because I was surrounded by greenery and heard the bubbling of the fountain beside me.
The smoked salmon omelette was tasty though not especially different.
With coffee and fresh OJ, total came to about $26. A cute little find.
Roast beef sandwich is very good. The seasoning is not too strong and I can taste the texture of the beef.
On a very warm Saturday afternoon, I enjoyed a delightful duck breast sandwich with gruyere cheese. My sister was disappointed that the Eggplant Veggie Vegetarian sandwich was not available (sold out), so she tried the Avocado and Goat Cheese instead. My mom (small appetite) had the turkey breast vegetable soup, which she noted "well, it doesn't taste like chicken"...to which I replied, "I hope not, since you didn't order Chicken soup!"
This spot is an order up front, take your number to your table kind of place. The register service seemed a bit unprepared for the day's business and were a bit slow and confused (not just our person, but the others too) as to taking an order. Anyhow, we took our tray with Arnold Palmer's and utensils to the back garden where we were lucky to find a small table for 3 under an umbrella to shade us from the 90 degree early spring heat.
Soon after our food arrived on lovely ceramic plates. We all enjoyed our meals and the surroundings of the garden made it all the more enjoyable.
The Sunflower Caffe has a great outdoor patio seating area, which is nice on a pleasant afternoon. Unfortunately, the food is average. I had the Lemon Herb Chicken sandwich with pesto and avocado on foccacia bread - Bread hard, pesto tasted like it came from a pre-made package, and the chicken was...well...fresh but average due to the pesto sauce. Also ordered the corn chowder soup, and the Artichoke Heart fritada. The corn chowder was just okay, but made a decent dipping sauce for my baguette. The artichoke heart fritada was the only bright spot food wise - they used fresh seasonal ingredients and it was tasty. Overall, despite the food, not a bad way to spend part of my afternoon in Sonoma. Two and a half stars for the food.
only 4 because i haven't tried the others...
If you ever come to Sonoma, make sure to stop by Sunflower Cafe ... Luckily, my friend has a personal cook so I don't have to be eating out as often, but I did have to check out downtown Sonoma...
On a hot day like today, gelato was the best way to go... For $2.95 their KNOB CREEK BUTTER PECAN was to die for.. 5 stars... My friend got a White Chocolate Raspberry, eek, I give 2 stars... Not so good ... but man, that butter pecan had this yummy ass, crunchy flavor which made me get another scooper after my first scoop... =)
Cute lil joint that has pretty much everything from omelettes, breakfast (sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal, and frittata), soups, salads, desserts, regular sandwiches.
Expresso bar, teas, organic coffee, coca, cold drinks, juices, blended drinks, you name it! oh and you can't forget we ARE in SONOMA.. they have a wine bar...
-For $6.75 Reds: Cabernet Sauvignon Zinfandel & $6.50 for Whites (Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, & Pinot Grigio).
Full selection of 16 $4 and up of a beer bar...
Average food prices are $7 and up.
The garden in the back is a great place to take a quick break from shopping in the plaza, sip a Candy Cane Mocha, with a flaky butter croissant, under a heat lamp, while telling your friend about your crazy funny workplace.
I'm sure I'll be back to try a more substantial meal (breakfast, sandwiches, etc.) and definitely the gelato!
Oh, and the Candy Cane Mocha was nothing exceptional, but just saying it made me happy. And, the garden in the back... you know how it feels to exhale - that's how I felt when I was here (I was in great company, too).
We always stop for a cup o' joe when we're in the square.
They make a mighty good cup!
