3 reviews for Sundecker's Bar and Grill
My wife and I ate here on one of our trips to STL to see a Cards game. We ended up here after checking out the casino. Since I grew up i STL I had to have the toasted ravioli and my wife had a burger. She loved the topping bar in the other room. I remembered that they had a special for a 24oz red bull and vodka. This was a nice place with tons of Cards stuff hanging on the wall. We were there during the afternoon and we were the only people in there. I wish I could have hung out with other Cards fans but maybe next time. I think the next time we go see a game we will eat here as well. I kept one of their cups for a souvenir.
Peace Out,
MZ
Sundeckers's Bar and Grill is a nice place to go on Lacede's Landing that does not feel like a place on the Landing. Because Sundecker's does not feel like a place on the Landing I enjoy going there for lunch everyone once and a while. Sundecker's has a nice selection to offer and they always are nice and tasty.
Sundecker's is a nice place to go if you find yourself down on the riverfront and you are looking for something to eat. Most of the time I would go there when checking out all the riverfront celebrations. Sundecker's provided a place away from the action, but not so far away that it is hard to get to with all the traffic.
Sundecker's is a nice convenient burger place.
They have a killer burger. But don't forget to check out the toppings bar nearby.
I agree with the first poster about Sundecker's: Not your typical Landing establishment. To me, it's got a sense of community there, probably due to the regular lunch crowd.
It's a good place to start off if you're doing anything on the Riverfront, or if you just want to hang out with buddies and play some Golden Tee and down a few pitchers. Watching a ball game is a good thing, too.
What I REALLY like about this place is the proximity to the beginning of the Riverfront Trail (cycling trail). So after a nice, leisurely ride to the Chain of Rocks Bridge, this is a great place to stop, lock up the bike, and relax with a friendly group.
