Whenever I buy a new car, the very first thing I do is tint the windows. It makes a huge difference not only in the comfort of the vehicle, but also in the way it looks.
I chose these guys for window tinting on my new Prius because of all of their rave reviews on Yelp. As it turns out, I'm just as pleased as everyone else seems to be!
Scott and Carrie, the owners, were as cheerful and nice as could be both on the phone and in-person. They were able to schedule me for an appointment the day after my phone call, and they started tinting my windows within about 30 seconds of our agreeing on tint levels (and, by the way, Scott was REALLY great about helping me select the appropriate levels for my car). You can tell these guys know what they're doing and it is obvious that they're perfectionists.
When I picked up my car, I was provided with detailed manufacturer and warranty information about the materials they used, which are top-notch. The price was right, too!
I would definitely use Sun Solutions again and I recommend them without hesitation. They are really great. -

Very cool operation. WiFi and cold drinks while you wait. I love how they helped me pick my shade, because I really didn't have any idea what I wanted. I'm very happy with the results.

4. Hesitate and secretly think all the reviews are from friends or family.
5. Give in and email them.
6. Receive quick response.
7. Make appointment with Scott who fits us in on his busy schedule.
8. Wait for what seemed like only 45 min while being offered refreshments.
9. Be awe-inspired by quality and quickness.
10. Cruise out and peep for slimmies.

Scott did an excellent job tinting the windows on two of my cars. His price was 1/2 the price of what a car dealership charged me years ago. I would definitely recommend Sun Solutions for their customer service, price and Scotts experience.
He works out of his garage which scared me a bit at first, but I saw all the other favorable Yelp reviews so I gave Sun Solutions a try.
Scott is very customer service oriented. He helped me pick out the shade, he's very knowledgeable on types of tints available, he's very friendly and personable, has a clean establishment, offered me a cold drink while I waited, and even has a small waiting area to sit.
I was very impressed on how quickly he was able to tint both my cars. You can tell he knows what he's doing. -

I'm a perfectionist and am good with my hands, which means I'm generally cynical about the time/cost/quality equation when it comes to this kind of work. Scott and crew are good professional people who treat you like someone who's paying them. If you're anything like me, you know what I mean by that, that it's a very good thing, and that it can be surprisingly difficult to find.
But there's another part of the equation, here. I've had two cars done by Scott (and crew) and one of them isn't so easy. Admittedly, neither am I. In the end, I'm left with the distinct impression that these folks aren't just good at what they do, they're good people.
If you're still shopping around after finding Sun Solutions, you're wasting your time. -

I've had my windows tinted now for about 6 months. As soon as I bought my car I called this place up, based on a recomendation from a friend. The experience was great. Scott and his wife were very hospitable and pricing was competitive. There are a couple places out there that were 50 bucks cheaper, but I was happy to pay the extra amount to go somewhere that had been so highly recomended by friends. They are able to work around almost any schedule. Don't let the shop that is out of their garage fool you, these guys are the real deal. The only thing preventing 5 stars is the pricing, and after all 5 stars is perfection. But, I don't plan on going anywhere else for my tinting needs.

First off I want to thank Scott for the most excellent service and quality of work. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work and it shows in his finished product. I couldn't believe how quickly he finished, but when you've heard how long he's been doing this its no surprise he's got his craft down to a science. I would totally recommend his service to anyone needing tinting service and I will always bring my vehicles to him from now on. There is a reason this company has all five stars on here, and they are well deserved.

I give 5 star reviews pretty infrequently...but Scott and Carrie at Sun Solutions are EPIC!
I called at 8AM, scheduled to bring my car in at 10:30AM...and the entire ordeal was over with in 1.5Hours. They're fast, but super careful with their work and it really shows in the amount of attention to detail that goes into every tint job they do.
I had an older car with some crazy nasty bubbling tint in the read windshield, and I thought it was going to be like pulling teeth to remove...but they had all that old tint off in literally minutes with some tricky techniques that I guess those in the "biz" know. Then they put on new precision cut and fitted tint, and I couldn't be happier.
The owner, Scott is super amicable and has been in the tinting business for over 15 years...so he knows what he's doing. We chatted a bit about food and BBQ while the job was going, and I even got a recommendation for a BBQ place nearby that I'm definitely going to have to give a try.

Oh!! OH! One more thing (see, can't say enough good things about them!)...their prices are also SUUPER reasonable. -

I have a 2005 Prius that I bought in Arizona and the dealership had tinted the windows. Late one night, an enterprising young man decided that the black bag behind the passenger seat surely held a laptop and liberated me of both the bag (which only had paperwork in it, so joke's on him) and my window (joke on me for stupidly keeping something that looked like a laptop bag in my car overnight). So, 3.5 years later, I am just now getting around to matching the window tint (which the insurance would only return to factory issue).
So, I yelped window tinting in my area and saw that Sun Solutions got a good review, so thought I would give them a try. I called and immediately got to talk with the co-owner Scott and set an appointment for the next day. He was friendly, professional and courteous, even offering to give me directions. His price was very reasonable and I was excited to be able to cross it off my to-do list.
I felt good about giving my business to a family-run, small business that Scott has with his wife. I was running a couple minutes behind (sorry Scott!), but he was ready for me in his very clean and organized garage. He was quickly able to determine the right shade to match the window and got to work. He was so pleasant that it made the time fly and before I knew it, I was on my way :) It looks fantastic!! If I had known that it would be this quick and painless, I would have done it years ago. Seriously, YEARS AGO.
They gave me my invoice and a warranty, even including the film type and roll # should I ever have a problem. Wow, really? A warranty too? Awesome! I'll need to do the back windshield sometime in the near future and I know just who I'll be taking it to. -

Great customer service, went over every aspect before and after the window tinting. Husband and wife team are very knowledgable and took the time to discuss the legalities of certain tint, and different pricing options.
Lifetime guarantee of the tint doesn't hurt either.
Tint was flawless and perfectly cut, would definitely recommend to family and friends. -

Got my windows tinited on my '05 Prius last Friday right before we left for a trip to Az. We had called around and while others wanted to charge us $200 for the back windows Sun Solutions charged us $200 for all the windows. In just an hour I had perfectly tinted windows.
Sun Solutions is run out of this couple's home, which may be why they can be cheaper, but they were super nice, took the time to explain the different levels of shade and showed me examples on their cars. I loved the mom and pop feel, they were so friendly, gave me life time warranty slip with the product info already filled out. I will definitely be taking future cars here.

Got my husband's windows tinted back in May on his new Camaro, used to be on their facebook, and again a perfect job. Whenever I get my new car I will be coming back here -

I got a referral from Myke Toledo at Denttime to talk to Scott about tinting my 330i. After reading the reviews and getting a very competitively priced tinting, it was basically a no-brainer. What really helped out was the professional looking website that offered an interactive demo to try out different tints on front and rear windows. Doing this saved some time and indecision as to how my car would look. Scott and his crew were really friendly and offered top notch customer service and hospitality. My 2000 Subaru Impreza RS had a nasty tint job on the rear window since time of purchase. Over the years it got worse and worse, bubbling to the point of not being able to see. The time had come to get it fixed, but I was nervous because of the defroster lines.
After reading the fabulous reviews online, I decided to give Scott a call. He was extremely nice and professional over the phone, and gave me all the info up front. He was able to get me an appointment time that worked well for my hectic schedule and gave great directions.
Upon arrival, they were kind and have a nice area set up to wait if you wish. I was offered something to drink and a ride somewhere if I needed it. I decided to wait, and I'm glad I did! In less than 45 minutes from when I pulled in I was gone!
The defroster lines were saved and my window looks GREAT! But what really stands out is their top notch customer service. I know where I'll be going when I'm able to get my windows PROPERLY tinted! :) -

I had my husband's car tinted as an anniversary present. He has a 2002 Mazada 5 Protege, that seemed like it had so many windows with the sun blazing in all the time. I had no idea what I was doing or what exactly would look good as far as tint color. Scott gave me his recommendations and I trusted him because he is the professional.
I arrived at my appointment time with my three kids in tow. The shop is super clean and has plenty of space to work around the car. They got me and the kids settled at the nearby gated park while we waited. That was awesome because it kept the young ones preoccupied.
When they finished I saw the car and was in ahhhh. It looks awesome and clean! My husband was SO happy with the shade of tint Scott had recommended!

I just got my 2008 Honda Civic tinted here and had a great experience! They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient! My car looks awesome! If you are in the area, and need some tinting done, I would definitely suggest going to them!

Very friendly. The price was good. They were able to remove the illegal limo tint on my front windows and replace it with the right tint for Crown Victoria I had just bought. They were very quick and able to get me in right away. I would definitely use them again. Great job! The windows look fantastic

My husband and I just got a new car. The sun was bothering me and we needed to get the car tinted. He called around and looked at reviews and found Sun Solutions. They are friendly and informative on the phone, they just make you feel comfortable talking to them. He called several other places who treated him like he was bothering them. We picked Sun Solutions and they did a Fantastic job!!!! They did mobile installation, came on time, did a great job, best price, and super friendly. Sun Solutions did my 2009 Nissan Cube. The windows in the Cube are super tricky and Scott handled it like a pro. I was in and out with a top notch tint job at a great price. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Scott at Sun Solutions is GREAT! If you want a quality tinting job - this is the place to go! He did my BMW in 2004 and the quality of his work is awesome.... the car still looks soo good. He recently worked on our Infinity SUV and matched the tint work that he added to the factory tint and the car looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Scott at Sun Solutions. He is fast, efficient, friendly and most importantly does quality work!

I had the back windows tinted in my 2005 Nissan Altima today and they look wonderful. When I called to get a quote from Scott (the owner) he explained the different types of tinting and what I should look for, which I really appreciated since I don't know much about tinting. They came to my home, which was so convenient ,and had the job done in a little over an hour. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a professional tint job.
