When I began looking at purchasing my first home, I talked to a few different realtors. One of them was Suhl.

Suhl was actually referred to me by a friend, and I quickly saw how she stood out. It was great, she pretty much got right to the point with understanding my needs and getting things to happen. This stands out as it felt like there were other realitors who were trying to be a bit more "smoozy". I understand there are people who really want that in a realtor, but I really would rather just get things done so that I can enjoy the rest of my life.

She communicated really well, was highly responsive, and just sort of "got it". I actually felt comfortable asking her honest opinion on properties and I know she'd tell me. She wouldn't be afraid to say "you don't want that place, it's a dump".

My biggest requirements were around the structure of the building. I figure that you can always redecorate, but if the foundation is cracking all over the place, that's not so easy to fix up. She understood all this right away and made sure to ask questions that were relevant to it.

When it came time to actually get an offer going, she was on top of it. Whatever time/place we had to meet up, she'd make it happen.

So, now, I'm getting ready to move :)
