My husband and I stay at the Sugar Lodge every time we ride at Sugarbush. It's a cozy ski lodge located about 3 minutes from SB's main base area. The rooms are cute, clean, comfortable and warm (important after a day on the windy slopes!).
The owners, Bob and Susan, do a great job with the extra amenities here. You really feel wall taken care of! Every morning they put on a great breakfast spread which comes with the price of your room-- very yummy and convenient when you're heading out to ski or ride. The SL also has a bar that's opened from 4-9pm, and an excellent out door hot tub with views of the slopes!
I highly recommend Sugar Lodge to anyone staying in the Mad River Valley! It's not super expensive, and you get a lot for what you pay. Totally worth it. Love that hot tub.
