I've only ordered shoes from Sue on-line, but I have had the best experience in placing my order. When I placed my order I had some questions about the colors and styles. Sue London got on the phone with me and talked me through each of the colors. She asked me questions like the type of colors that I wear, to recommend some of the nicest shoes I've seen. I tried on both wedge style and ballet flat. I personally like the ballet flat better, but both shoes are beautiful. I have had a little issue with not getting credited for all the shoes I returned, but Sue London has personally called me to let me know the situation will be rectified.

Someone asked me to exchange a pair of shoes from Sue London. First I called 5 times and finally received a call back, wherein I was informed I had to send the shoes in (I couldn't bring it by any sort of office in Manhattan). Fine. I had another question, so I called again a few days later (smack in the middle of a weekday). No answer, no call back. I must have called 10 times (all weekdays, mind you) over the course of 2 weeks with no one picking up the phone or calling me back. The phone message on their answering machine is so quiet you can barely hear it, which is one of the gimmicks they use to try to convince you that they are effete enough to be able to charge $200+ for a pair of shoes. Or maybe they really are that effete, which explains everything.
Anyways, I would stay away unless you have no concept of value and enjoy hearing a phone ringing. Absurdly overpriced, nonexistent service.
a shoe that i can't live without, the sexiest, most comfortable flat slipper you'll ever find besides lanvin of course. difficult to find, you must be resourceful and call around the united states at different boutiques to get your size. you see, sue london makes only a certain amount about every 6 months and then ships them out. so, the boutiques that pre-order in abundance get my money. smart.
The slippers are great but do NOT order from Sue London directly. I had a horrible experience with them. They were great about talking me through the colors and recommending a size. I ordered two sizes and told them I would keep the one that fit and return the other pair. Something told me to purchase delivery confirmation. I'm glad I did. They received the return and didn't refund me. I called and called and called but they still didn't refund me. I finally had to call my credit card company to do a charge back. I called and left a message letting them know the action I had taken. A few days later I saw a credit from them on my card.
Bottom line is the slippers are great but way overpriced for the quality. The leather on both pairs I have owned split apart after about a year. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I buy mine from eBay or online retailers.
I just ordered a few pair of these slippers after trying friend of mines, i absolutely love them , Great choice of colors, and easy to travel with . they have a great customer service easy to place an order i disagree with other reviewer because i had to exchange for another color they were very helpful on the phone and i received a new pair and had the old pair picked up with no problems. Great choice for a gift who ever will receive this gift, their feet will thank you for ever.
Great customer service. The best ballet slipper around. Great colors aswell. Better then Tory Stale Burch.
