I don't know where all these bad reviews are coming from this is one of the best ones specially since they are open till 2 AM. My friends and I usually go order and just kick it in the parking lot until the later times of the nights! Subway is subway but I am a Quiznos type of guy!

I ordered a 4 foot sandwich at this location for a company event with veggies on the side. Not a complicated order...or so one would think. When I got there to pick it up, the sandwich was cut into 4, 1 foot sandwiches. I've never had a Subway not know to make the sandwich one length when it's asked for over 12 inches. Ok, whatever, I took the sandwiches anyway as I was in a hurry. When I got to my destination, all the veggies were inside the sandwiches, and with no lettuce. I don't know how someone could get that so wrong, but I guess that's why they're working at Subway.
Subway is Subway, but I have a love/hate relationship with this location. I love it because it's close to my office, but I hate it because of the people working there. Every time I come here, it feels like I'm in a factory assembly line. The place is packed at lunch time and that makes the workers think they have to work fast to get your sandwich completed. This is not a good thing. They will rush through and sometimes push each other aside to get your sandwich back on the board after toasting it. One time I had some guy's bare arm brush my sandwich. Nasty. They also don't pay much attention to what you say. I like to order my sandwich with no pickles and they always forget. Two seconds later, they're putting pickles on my sandwich. Ugh! I don't know why I don't just go to the one on San Fernando.
I just found out recently that they closed off the restroom too. They used to have it available in the back for customers, but now it's a locked door.
So this one time I walk into this Subway with my boyfriend at the time and his friend. We had some serious munchies and wanted to satiate our cravings with a good Subway combo. The guy behind the counter started to help my friend first. At one point, while he was cutting the bread, he pretended that he had cut himself and started to make these odd noises. Clearly he thought he was funny but to us we were just really fucking confused and somewhat frightened that some crazed dude was making us lunch. When it got to my turn he said some mumbo jumbo that I could not even understand. It was a totally creepy moment and totally killed my craving for the veggie delite.
Later on I ended up complaining to the complaint department. Okay, so I was really hoping for a free sandwich or something but some rep just called, took down the incident, and apologized. Obviously nothing happened with the creepy dude because I went in there again (after avoiding that location for a long time) and he was still there and still creepy as hell. I reluctantly ordered my sandwich as he gave me the most psychotic facial expressions.
It sucks because I can walk to this place but that creepy dude totally killed it so now I must drive to San Fernando. Balls.
