Studio Plus is pretty clean and very inexpensive. For long term stay, maid service is only once a week, but that's fine. They have a real oven and a microwave in addition to the stove and the refrigerator.
The free wifi was unreliable my first week here, but that got worked out. It is a little bit of a pain that you have to re-authenticate (with a password and your name) once a day to use the wifi - the last hotel I stayed in that was owned by this company only made you authenticate once a month to use the wifi.
The pool is teeny tiny and closed for the winter, but I don't care - I'm not here to swim.
No real complaints and the price is right.
