I am addicted to Studio X, Janan, our trainer is fantastic. She is encouraging but she pushes you and doesn't expect anything less than 100%, which is good because that's why you go. The Bootcamp is a smaller group workout, so you get a great rate but its still small enough to get some personal attention from the trainer. Last year I had a minor injury and she was great about modifying my workout within the group without ever interrupting the flow or pace for everyone else.
I had personal training sessions there, and was fired as a customer, kinda cruelly. They told me to go get another trainer.
I freaking love this place. One 6-week session will kick your butt in gear and inspire you to do what you need to do to feel your best, all to the soundtrack that helps you rock out and forget about the workout! If you are looking for a one-hour kick-ass workout, Janan's Bad Ass MF boot camp or Punk Rock Boot Camp will give you that -- I've done both over the course of a year and it's left me toned up and fired up with a huge smile on my face. Plus, the people are so cool, it's likely that you'll head next door with new friends for pizza and a beer afterward, well deserved.
