Studio Cake - there are only good things to say about Bethanne and her team! We ordered our wedding cake here and it was absolutely the best decision to make. Our theme was Alice in Wonderland and Bethanne really listened to what I wanted. She was so cute! Super excited and with lots of ideas. How refreshing to find a baker that thinks outside of the traditional wedding box. Our cake was absolutely amazing design and taste wise. We had the 'g wiz' flavor for the top layer and 'sticky caramel apple' for the rest of the cake. I was so exicted to have apple pie flavor as cake since I wanted apple pies and hubs wanted wedding cake. Cake was so so so good! We didn't keep the top layer to freeze though because we plan on reordering for our 1st anniversary. :D
Our friend loved our cake so much that she is now ordering with Studio Cake for her November wedding as well! We're so excited to see and taste her cake! ;) -

BethAnn and her team are outstanding! We used Studio Cake for our wedding cake. Whenever I go to a wedding people are always talking about the cake (and not always in a good way). The biggest thing for me was having a cake that was going to taste like the actual tasting did! First, the tasting is the best I have ever experienced. The pieces are big, moist, flavorful and there are so many to choose from! Second, BethAnn was super easy to work with! She listened to everything we wanted and responded to every email very promptly. The day of the wedding, the cake was exactly how it tasted during the tasting and what we wanted! I would recommend Studio Cake to anyone in need of a cake! No regrets here!

Studio Cake did our wedding cake in March of 2011 and BethAnn is SO great to work with! She has a lot of energy and is extremely creative. We only met with her in person once, to do the tasting, and the rest of our communication happened via email or phone.
We went with the "Gone Bananas" flavor -- definitely an unusual flavor for wedding cake but the servers at the wedding could hardly get out the kitchen door before people descended upon their trays so it clearly wasn't a deterrent to people eating cake. We finally got a piece later that night and while it wasn't quite as good as I remembered it being at the tasting (which I suppose is to be expected when you are making it on a large scale and have to get the layers to stack), it still tasted yummy and way better than any other wedding cake I've tasted. It's worth noting that BethAnn makes her own fondant and while it still tastes like fondant, it is WAY better than any other fondant out there!
My mother-in-law also, as a surprise, had BethAnn do our rehearsal dinner cake. That one was chocolate and really delicious AND it was possibly the most creative cake I have ever seen! The main part of the cake was a tent and it had my groom's and my feet sticking out and lots of climbing and camping gear (made out of fondant) all around. See the photos section for a picture! -

I picked up the cake the day before the birthday party. BethAnn walked the cake out to my car and made sure that it was placed perfectly so as not to experience any trauma during the ride home. You can tell very quickly in talking to BethAnn that cakes are her passion.
The cake design was nothing short of exquisite. All who saw it ooed and ahhhed over it. The best part of course were the smiles on the birthday girl's face.
It was vanilla cake with rainbow sprinkles and vanilla buttercream (called polky dots). The taste was light and airy, unlike many sugar-heavy cakes which seem so common.
There's no question BethAnn's cake helped create a special experience for a special little girl, and it will not soon be forgotten. For that, Studio Cake is highly recommended! -

BethAnn and her team helped create a cake for our wedding in March 2011. She has such passion for cakes and the clients.
If you ever watched Top Chef and seen Carla Hall say you can taste the love in food? Well you can taste the love in these cakes. It starts with BethAnn. When talking to her at our initial meeting, it is clearly shown that she loves her craft. She gets so excited when talking about cake and really wants to get to know the couple. She says it helps her be able to create a cake that she knows the couple would love. Even without tasting the cake yet, I could tell my, now, wife wanted to book her on the spot. Even her bio on the website shows that she used to be a NASA engineer and Stanford grad. She could probably be doing a whole lot of other things than baking cakes, but she's here baking because she loves it.
We tried some samples of cake and loved it! She doesn't have all the flavors immediately available for tasting so be sure to ask for others if you feel like you want to try something else. I asked if she had any banana cake and her eyes lit up! She loves the banana cake they make and it got me excited to try it. There is so much joy and passion.
She didn't have it right there, so we requested a 2nd tasting and she was sure to have banana that time. It was delicious. I can continue to go on about how awesome I think she is, but it would take forever.
Another cool fact? She names all of her flavors.
We ended up getting lovey dovey and gone bananas.
The cake was a hit at the wedding. It was beautifully crafted. Their team customized it to our wedding design and it fit amazingly. Guests really enjoyed the cake as I had some friends come up to the head table and ate off our plates! I think we ran out of banana! Thanks again BethAnn and Studio Cake crew! -

What perfectly beautiful cake for our daughter's recent wedding! AND the taste every bit as wonderful. Moist, delicious, well worth the cost. So many guests commented on the design of the cake, created to reflect the ocean side setting....then later, when cut and served how yummy:-). The special couple really enjoyed working with Studio Cake in deciding on the look and flavor, saying it was one of the easiest, most fun wedding planning element. I seldom eat cake, and at weddings take just a forkful or two....ate every crumb of this one from Studio Cake!!!

Studio Cake designed cakes for my sister's 30th Birthday party and she couldn't of been happier! Not only were the cakes beautiful, but they delivered in the taste department as well! I had ordered the tiramisu, and strawberry shortcake and with the help of BethAnn decided on a chocolate and orange cake as well. All the cake disappeared in minutes!
BethAnn, thank you so much for all your wonderful ideas and ease of getting a cake to us on such short notice! Working with you was awesome, you're truly amazing at what you do! I will definitely use your services again, already trying to find a reason too! ;)

Where do I begin? from the moment i found out about Studio Cake, I fell in love with BethAnne's creations. A bakeshop in redwood city has referred me to this place since I was looking to get a birthday cake for my two daughters celebrating their 1st and 3rd birthday. I wasnt looking for an elaborate wedding cake so when I saw her minimum order online, i thought for sure, that they cannot help me out. To my surprise, BethAnne has created a beautiful cake for my daughters, all within the price that I put aside and it well worth every penny. I sent BethAnne a picture of the cake I had in mind and they brought it to life. Our guests loved the cake so much, that they asked me not to cut it. When we finally did, we got a taste of heaven. Her cakes are not only beautiful on the outside, they're delicously exceptional on the inside as well. The quality of the cake was very fresh and moist and unlike other cakes I've tried where the fondant is almost inedible and tasted like cardboard, hers tasted like white chocolate. The flavors we picked were Lovey Dovey and Gone Bananas.The next time I need a special cake made, I am definitely going to BethAnne and her cute little shop in Menlo Park. I can't wait to try her other cake flavors for our future events.

I got married a few weeks ago and BethAnn made the most magical, beautiful cake we ever could have imagined!
BethAnn was a joy to work with and is so creative. The first time I met her, I came in with a few ideas for a more "traditional" wedding cake, but when I saw the amazing artwork she does, I immediately changed my mind and wanted something more fun.I gave her a few ideas, and she did the rest--- BethAnn incorporated my husband and my chinese zodiac animals (my husband grew up in China), as well as an enchanted theme for our outdoor wedding. It was absolutely perfect (and so delicious). The whole process of working with BethAnn was very fun, and BethAnn is very organized and loves the work she does.
I would HIGHLY recommend her for any cakes you may need. -

BethAnn at Studio Cake is nothing short of a cake genius. If you want a beautiful, original, and delicious cake for a special occasion, look no further than this tiny, unassuming Menlo Park shop. BethAnn can turn any wacky idea into edible art.
Studio Cake made my 50th birthday party cake, based on the Game of Life...each little tile along the road of life had one of my life's milestone's on it--birth, school, marriage, career, etc. The center was made to look like the game spinner and actually revolved! Every piece was made of delicious "clay" fondant. All the guests were in awe of BethAnn's masterpiece!

I just had my boyfriend's birthday cake done by BethAnn. I asked her for the club house sandwich cake because it struck me as the most unbelievable cake I've ever seen... and it didn't disappoint! It was unbelievable!!! Much more in person than in picture. Needless to say, bf was in awe of the cake in fact he actually thought it was a sandwich at first.
I asked for the chocolate decadence flavor... extremely yummy. Very abundant, too. We will have cake left overs for several days. Do not hesitate in having BethAnn doing your cake if it's for some event you really need a quality piece of art... and of bakery mastery. -

I'm a florist and event person and have worked with her on several events...one of which was a wedding this summer that had a groom's cake that was a WHALE with the groom coming out of the spout! BethAnn is nothing short of amazing! I was disappointed many times in my search for a wedding cake, but when we finally sat down to meet with BethAnn, bells were ringing and angels were singing [in my head.... no I'm not crazy] and HALLELUJAH I knew I had found THE one!
Being the OCD bride that I was, I made an inspiration panel for prospective bakeries to look at. Every other baker I met with politely dismissed me with an "oh... that's nice" with their eyes glazed over. But not BethAnn, who got totally excited and started doing concept sketches on the spot!
In the end, she created a gorgeous and unique wedding cake that fit our theme and color scheme perfectly. And [subtle Portal reference in 3.... 2....1....] the cake was so delicious and moist. :P -

Yes, she did make our wedding cake AND a grooms cake, and they were both the best I could ask for! Fabulous! The wedding cake was stunning, beautiful, and was exactly what we asked for! And it was DELICIOUS! I ate it for a week after the wedding and it was still great! :D
She made a groom's cake for us (we had a party the day after and served it there). It was a loader, with a bride and groom sitting in it, and pieces of chocolate cake were being picked up by the loader! Oh I loved it! Beautiful cake, my toes even had nail polish on them! and tasty, loved every piece of it! The cake was a surprise for my husband, and he ABSOLUTELY loved it :)

BethAnn made our wedding cake and did a fantastic job. We met with her several times beforehand to taste different cake flavors and to discuss our ideas. After our initial meeting, she made 4 or 5 sketches of different cake designs incorporating all of our ideas into each, and we chose our final design from that bunch (although she did make it clear to us that she was happy to start over again should we not see our vision in her sketches).
She really listened to what we wanted and did a beautiful job! Our cake was so gorgeous that we put it in the center of the dining room at our wedding-- and we have gotten so many great reviews from our guests. The cake itself was delicious! We went with a lemon cake with white chocolate buttercream and a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream.
Her pricing is very reasonable, but more importantly, she is dependable, artistic, and willing to work with the client. I give her my highest recommendation! -

I splurged in two areas for the wedding: my bouquet (see review of Fantasy Floral Design) and the cake.
When we first started the planning (okay, maybe before that... like a few years ago), I knew I wanted something special for our cake. No regular tiers for us! Instead, I wanted the cake to look like a stack of books. My now-husband and I both love reading, so it was a natural choice.
When I started looking around for a bakery, I quickly came across Studio Cake. The gallery on their website looks great--and BethAnn delivers on the promise of those beautiful photos!
We had our first tasting at her Menlo Park bakery and loved three of the four flavors (the fourth was just a bit too rich). So BethAnn suggested we pick up a box of four more flavors (our choices) to try in a week or two. We enjoyed round two as well and finally settled on three flavors: vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream, almond cake with almond buttercream, and chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream. And the cake tasted so wonderful on our wedding day!
But even more impressive was how the cake looked. We were blown away when we saw it--and so were our guests. In fact, several of them didn't realize that it was a cake at all... they simply thought it was another table setting (we used vintage books for our table centerpieces). BethAnn did a wonderful job designing the cake, and added a terrific "bookplate" on top with our names & the date.
Fabulous, fabulous work! I highly recommend Studio Cake for your special occasions--it was definitely a splurge, but well worth it! -

BethAnn simply rocks!
She always mentioned that the cake should not be a tough experience and I must say it ended up being the best experience I had while preparing my wedding, by far!.
I came to BethAnn less than 3 weeks before the wedding and thank God she was available.
I called her end of the week, she got back to me the same day and we agreed to meet on Monday. We met her in the shop. I must say the shop was neat, clean, and I felt like I was home. You can see the girls working on the cakes and although this was a shop, it really felt like my place... the kitchen extending into the living room. We sat at a table by the entrance, with replicas of cakes she has on her website all around us. BethAnn had plates, silverware and water waiting for us.
We went over my expectations (I have no definite idea of what I wanted or than white, red and simple), but she asked questions. I had latched on 3 cakes she had on her website, so we started from there. She got me to talk, and literally 10 mn later I knew exactly what I wanted. She brought few sample cakes to taste and mentioned she needed to go to the back to sketch my ideas while we were tasting the samples. I loved the privacy. My Maid of honor and I were free to share our impressions without the inquisitive look. 10mn later, here comes BethAnn, with a yellow notepad in hands and a design for me to judge.... OMG... we were 95% done. She had captured the spirit of my taste and got it right!!!! All I added was a couple of flowers here and there and clarified the size I expected on the largest flowers and Voila! I had the design of my cake!
We then discussed fillings. My Husband and I wanted fruits for our wedding in May. Lemon and strawberries...one of the sample was strawberries but it was too mild for me. She offered add more fruit in it.
Finally we went over colors. I came with a sample of the red I wanted on the cake. She got her color wheel to make sure she could match the color I wanted!!!!
The same night BethAnn sent a colored sketch of the design and we blessed it. It looked great on paper.
BethAnn dealt directly with the Hotel where we had our wedding. I did not need to coordinate with the caterer. She also made sure the cake was delivered on time. She is located in Menlo Park and the wedding was in SF. So to be sure she'd be on time to the place, she did not hesitate to sacrifice the photos she wanted to take in the studio to ensure should would be on time!!
The result? Judge by yourself! See the pictures of cake with red flowers (from Loic our photographer).... We were amazed and so were all our guests. My mom thought the flowers were fake! It was heart breaking to cut thru such a beautiful cake. A piece of Art! But when we did, it tasted like heaven! Not too sweet. moist, and the fondant was amazing! worth every penny we put in!
BethAnn is an Artist with a big A and she has a great team with her. She clearly loves her work and it shows on her products! Customer relation is impeccable and her cheerful attitude brought that bubble of optimism I needed before the wedding. The hotel had saved the top tier for us to keep in a freezer I guess:) But we chose not to save it. We shared it with our friends the next day. We knew then we would go back to her for a replica one year after the wedding and we know it'll taste as good and look as great as on 5/15/2010.
By now you must have guessed that I highly recommend BethAnn for your cake needs. She is a star!
If you want more than a cake, something special, go to studio cake! -

BethAnn is amazing and her designs, flavors and results are out of this world. I've never been more pleased to work with anyone in my life. She created a cake of our maltepoo on a Persian rug playing backgammon...really, what kind of genius comes up with that?! She had so many other great suggestions and the detail was incredible. The cake was for my husband's surprise 30th birthday and all I did was give her a few notables about my husband (his love of our dog, backgammon and the fact that he's Persian) and she went to town. I was convinced that the cake only looked amazing but it tasted fantastic too! Everyone at the party had a piece and many went back for seconds (and thirds!) BRAVO! I'll be going back many times!

If you want a cake that will wow the socks off your guests, BethAnn is your baker! She is extremely sweet, talented, responsive, and attentive to detail. At our very first cake tasting, she made sure to sit down with me and my fiancé to go over all the fine details of what we wanted in a cake. We were so impressed by her talent, kindness, and sincerity that we hired her without looking into any other baker - and it was one of the best decisions we made. We knew we wanted our cake, like our wedding, to both impress our guests and yet stay true to who we were by displaying a number of intimate, personal details. We expected that BethAnn was talented enough to deliver, but she went above and beyond what we could ever have dreamed of! She took close note of what we wanted and, since our wedding was fairy-tale themed, she baked us an incredible 3.5-foot-tall castle cake with sparklers to emulate the Disney fireworks show!
We were originally going to display our cake off to the side at a cake station, but since our castle cake was so stunning, we placed it right in the center of the dance floor. It truly stole the show, in all the right ways. All our guests remembered the cake and were snapping pictures of it throughout the night. They couldn't get enough of it, and when they found out it was 100% real cake, they were even more amazed. And I'll never forget the moment when the sparklers were set off, and I was brought back to my fiancé's and my happy moments watching the fireworks at Disney (one of our favorite places on Earth), as well as the night he proposed to me and had small sparklers in the background (a detail which BethAnn also noted). The cake enchanted all of us, in more ways than one.
Aside from baking incredible cakes, BethAnn is also probably the sweetest person you'll ever meet. She's personable, takes time to listen, and is super responsive - she responded to my first email about two minutes after I'd sent it! I thought it was a one-time thing, but she responded to every other email I sent (and trust me, I had plenty of questions and concerns) within minutes and, at the very most, hours after sending it. This kind of detail and attention from someone as busy as BethAnn is rare and hard to come by in the wedding industry these days, but it gave me plenty of reassurance during a stressful planning process that was full of questions about almost every aspect but my cake.
And finally, her cake tastes delicious. BethAnn is extremely modest despite her stellar accomplishments (winning an episode of Food Network Challenge for best cake), but her cakes speak for themselves. After our first tasting, my fiancé chose one flavor he loved, but I was still looking for more because I have extremely picky tastes. BethAnn immediately arranged a second cake tasting for us, and this time I found a flavor I loved. Instead of having us choose, she made our castle cake with two flavors!
After our wedding, my fiancé and I realized we'd been so swept up in the moment that we hardly had time to examine all the fine details of our beautiful castle cake. Luckily, our friends had taken numerous pictures of the cake, and we discovered that BethAnn had included personal details of ours on the windows of the castle - from the custom design of my engagement ring to a picture of my favorite pet to a motif from our favorite memory together. She remembered every single story we told her. Looking back at all these details, and how much more magical they made our cake, brought us to happy tears and made our wedding even more special. Our wedding cake was truly the piece de resistance for our fairy-tale wedding, and it was such an effortless process all thanks to BethAnn's talent and hard work. And because she's so sweet, we met a great friend along the way. My fiancé and I will be ordering cakes from her now for every wedding anniversary. It's clear that BethAnn loves what she does, and you will, too - I promise you that hiring her is a decision you won't regret! -

I read an article, in the newspaper, about BethAnn and her fabulous cakes. So I thought I would give her a call to do my daughter's cake for her 7th Birthday party. It was a pleasure to work with BethAnn. We had so much fun planning the design of the cake. The theme was tinkerbell tea party at Pixie Hollow. The cake not only was beautiful with a darling little tinkerbell flying on the cake, it wax delicious too. BethAnn delivered it personally and gave us a wonderful cake plate to use for display. La Dolce Vita!
She also did a magnificent Sombrero Cake for our School event, it was rich chocolate in the shape of a Sombrero OLE-Delicioso!!! -

We used Studio Cake for our wedding cake just recently, and could not have been happier. BethAnn was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. She met with us twice to discuss the design, and had so many wonderful and creative ideas. We told her basically what we wanted in our cake, and she made a sketch to our specifications right on the spot! She was very accomodating throughout the whole process. We had several different layers with different flavors for each one - almond orchard (so unusual and our personal favorite), lemon rasberry twist, and chocolate decadence. Of course we loved all three, but our guests also raved about how delicious our cake was! And the fondant - BethAnn makes her own out of white chocolate and it too is amazing. The cake was absolutely beautiful and everything we hoped for. I can't recommend her enough for wedding - and other- cakes. We'll definitely use her for our next "cake need"!

We needed a very special sculpted cake to give as a gift. We asked BethAnn to replicate a puppet used by my child's teacher. While we talked to several different bakeries, after speaking with BethAnn I immediately knew she could make a cake which met our expectations. She spends the amount of time necessary to gather information and find out exactly how you want the cake to look so the end result is magical.
BethAnn is truly gifted in what and how she creates. She sincerely puts her heart and soul into the process. Our sculpted cake had so much personality and life. The coloring and likeness to the puppet was incredible. And, not to mention it tasted delicious. The chocolate cake was moist and flavorful.
If you are looking for a truly unique and memorable cake, I know BethAnn at Studio Cake will exceed your expectations. -

I can't say that I've been to a lot of weddings or know a lot about wedding cakes. I do, however, like to think that I know something special, classy, and well-crafted when I see it. When my wife and I were greeted by BethAnn at Studio Cake to discuss wedding cakes, we felt comfortable and inspired right away by her warm and friendly demeanor, and of course the beautiful array of cakes she had displayed throughout the kitchen. When we left an hour later, our bellies full of chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream and meyer lemon cake with raspberry-lemon buttercream among other delicious and unusual flavors, we knew we had found us a rock star cake vendor.
BethAnn took a great deal of time to ask us about what we wanted in a cake -- colors, style, design flourishes. Do we like flowers? What kind of flowers? What size? I think we were fairly picky and specific, and she was speaking our language from the get-go. Over the next few weeks, she sent us several design revisions until we settled on a cake that looked amazing, and most importantly, reflected who we were. She even gave us more cake to taste later on, where we ended up falling in love with her coconut cake with coconut butter cream. And I don't really even like coconut that much.
We ended up settling on a three layer cake with coconut cake/coconut butter cream as the top layer, chocolate/raspberry buttercream in the middle, and lemon/lemon buttercream on the base layer, all colored in white fondant with ribboning around each layer and fuchsia beading and fuchsia blushes in the flowers. I'm doing a horrible job trying to describe what BethAnn created, but I think that goes for anything that looks that amazing. -

I'm so happy I have found BethAnn to make our wedding cake! At the start of planning our wedding, I was nervous about finding a baker because I often hear that the cakes may be beautiful but not yummy. But after I went to her for our first tasting, I knew I didn't have to search around for another bakery for comparison. She uses the best ingredients, nothing artificial, and her cakes were beautiful, so moist and flavorful! I wish I could have her cake every week! I showed her photos of some cakes I liked and she sketched up our cake design for me to approve. She created the most beautiful wedding cake for us! It was smooth buttercream frosting (so yummy, not like some other frosting that are so unbearably sweet) with an elegant swirl design, 3 tiers and flowers on top and between the layers. It was difficult to narrow down our choices for flavors because of the 6 flavors or so we tried, we loved them all. However, we chose Almond Orchard (apricot preserves with almonds) and Lemon Raspberry Twist. Oh my goodness - the cake was the best! As everyone know, the bride and groom usually has no time to eat their dinner during the reception. And since your wedding gown is so tight, you don't even feel comfortable eating! I only had two bites of my filet mignon. BUT, I had no problem eating the cake! Our guests all loved the cake too, saying it had just the perfect amount of sweetness and the flavors were unique. So my wife and I were looking for a wedding cake designer for our wedding and by chance met with Beth Ann. My wife had a very specific design in mind. It was reasonably simple, but because it was simple, it had to be perfect. The only requirement that I had was that it had to taste really, really, good. I couldn't care less how it looked.
After meeting with Beth Ann, seeing several mock up drafts (she's an incredible artist), we finally decided one of the drafts. We did a tasting and decided to go with the ginger passion fruit.
Bottom line: the design was perfect and the cake was absolutely delicious. We had many compliments on both after the wedding. I am SO glad that we chose Studio Cake that I am telling all my friends who are in the market for a wedding or specialty cake to use Beth Ann. We went with her before she became famous (Martha Stewart show), so I'm not sure if her pricing has changed at all, but she was one of the more reasonably priced options as well.
We are very happy to support a small business owner and the product is exceptional. We will be on our way back to order some cupcakes of the same flavor. If you are in the market for a unique design and want the best int he business, you will not be disappointed. Seriously. There are no other options as good as Beth Ann. She is truly an artist. -

Studio Cake provided the most impressive corporate cake I have ever seen.
From the design to the Party, working with Beth Ann has been a great experience:
- We spend all the necessary time drawing the cake on paper. I had brought my company logos, corporate colors and specific visuals to get inspiration from. Beth Ann then added many details that really make the design outstanding. She didn't fear being creative and I would have never thought we could design a cake so precisely and neatly.
- The cake she delivered was exactly what we had designed together. Amazing. Even the colors where a perfect match.
- The cake was clearly the highlight of the cocktail. so many people took pictures. What a great dessert with a glass of champagne.

BethAnn is simply FABULOUS! My husband and I went to her for a cake tasting months before our wedding. She was funny, warm, excited and made us feel like our wedding was the most important agenda on her list of "to dos"! And on the wedding day, boy did she deliver. An absolutely beautiful wedding cake and an amazing Steeler's groom cake! Besides, where else can you go and say your cake lady used to be a NASA engineer! I'm telling you, you won't regret hiring her! SHE ROCKS!

I wanted a really nice cake for my wedding day, since that would also be my birthday! My co-worker had just gotten married right when I was trying to find someone to make my cake. I saw pictures from her wedding and when I saw the cake I was amazed on how pretty it was. Right away I asked her who made her cake and she responded my sister. I did not believe her.......so then I asked if her sister made cakes for just anyone. She then told me that BethAnn had just opened her own shop and was about to be on Martha Stewart! My sisters were going to pay for my cake as a gift and had been checking out a bunch of cake shops. I sent them BethAnn's website and they were so impressed! We right away set up a time to go meet with BethAnn. I knew exactly what I wanted but was afraid that I wouldn't get it. After my meeting with BethAnn I knew I was going to get the cake of my dreams! Sure enough when I saw my cake the day of my wedding I was speechless! I couldn't believe someone could make a perfect cake like that! I really didn't want to cut it but of course what's a wedding without cutting the cake....so we cut in and take our first bite as husband and wife..........OMG! Best cake to date I have ever tasted and it was cocunut! Everyone was so worried they weren't going to like it since the bottom layer was cocunut......but everyone loved it! I was going to save the top like everyone says you should.....which we did the first night. Come Sunday the day after the wedding, I couldn't wait a year. I decided I needed a taste of the top layer which is chocolate my favorite. I cut into it and took a bite.....and another bite.....and another! Let's just say I had never had a chocolate cake taste so so so good! I can't thank BethAnn enough for my perfect wedding cake! By the way the cake on my profile is my perfect cake!
