I first discovered this little gem when I received a gift certificate from my Stepmother for Christmas a few years back.
I must admit that I had my snob o meter on when I first walked into their old salon located in a crummy strip mall in Chalfont.
That was until I met Kristen. Kristen is a very talented hair stylist.
She is perhaps one of 2 people that have ever been able to cut my hair (the other has since moved to Denver). I have one big head of thick yuck going on. And I am embarrassed to say that although I am in the beauty biz myself, I am a bit of a doofus when it comes to hair. That is why I leave that up to her, and I am never disappointed.
The salon has since moved to a newly renovated location in Lansdale where they now offer a complete menu of spa services. I have yet to try them out-- cause I never have time! But, when I do... I am so there! -

gayle has been cutting my hair for around twelve years now, since i was about seven or so. she is amazing, and so is studio 44! the salon is beautiful, everyone is super nice, and the hairdressers are amazing, as are the makeup artists. i have never had my nails done here, but i'm sure that service is as excellent as the rest!
