When you see a company logo or service on a vehicle, people should be enticed to look up and call about the business. The person driving the vehicle should also take pride in the company car. To say the driver was reckless in their driving was an understatement. Nearly had rear ended me just to speed up past me. I'd hope there would be more professionalism when handling the company vehicle. Think about it. If an employee drives like that, what's their work ethic?

I don't understand what is wrong with this company but they don't deserve anyone's business. We had the most awful experience with Stubbs. My father's estate hadn't been occupied in over 20 years and we needed it cleaned to sell. I sent pictures and explained that it was an ugly job. Mr. Stubbs assured me his staff had decades of experience and would do a good job. My 79 year old mother met them at the house. They said they had to pick up equipment and would be right back. Two hours later they still weren't back. I called and was told that if they didn't come back in that amount of time, they weren't coming back. How could they LIE to a 79 year old widow and leave her waiting in an empty house that she spent 40 years living with her husband that recently died? We cancelled two other estimates because of this booking and we have to delay settlement because of the neglect and rudeness of Stubbs Cleaning Service.
