Review from sacha p.
Eugene, OR
i have been training with mike Luque for over five years now and from that have increased my knowledge of the body and movement drastically.
Mike has an eye for detail and seems to see all of my bodies blockages. his knowledge of movement and breath have increased my flexibility and awareness in all of my practices besides Gyrotonic.
He often spends time manually working on my muscles as he trains me since he is also a fabulous massage therapist as well.
His directions and cues are often from the subtle to the obvious and i have a deeper understanding of how Gyrotonic can enhance my body and my life. I highly recommend him for he is passionate and compassionate in his training skills and abilities. -

Mike Luque is a very knowledgeable personal trainer and expert gyrotonics teacher. I have worked with many personal trainers over the years and can tell Mike is at the top of his field. I felt safe under his watchful eye that I was doing the exercises and breathing correctly. He understands the body, pointing out stiff areas and weak ones that I needed more attention paid to. He taught me new moves to target many muscle groups at the same time for a quicker, more efficient routine. He completed the hour showing me how to stretch out properly. Mike even took the time to type and send me our workout as well, so that I could do it again.
Oh and I took a gyrotonics with him class too! -

I have been seeing Mike regularly for deep tissue massage for the past 8 months. Mike applies more than amazing technique to his deep tissue work, but also all of his athletic training. I train hard, and Mike helps keep me from sports injury. I'm lucky I found him, no one else compares. I totally trust him and he plays cool music.

Review from Michelle D.
Palo Alto, CA
I am a very picky person. I have experienced 4 gyro trainers and I can say his skill is way beyond the other trainers. He has Gyro experience over 10 years. I couldn't find any favorite Gyro instructor on the Peninsula, so I drive from Palo Alto to SF to take his lessons. He is also a Massage therapist. Again, I am picky. I can also recommend taking his massage. I usually don't put comments on web or recommend to my friends unless I totally have confidence to do. You are not disappointed by him.
