Great location, very quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from Spokane.   The interior is cozy, with hdtv and free wireless internet, fridge, stove, and kitchen utensils/cookware, useful for extended stay.  No central a/c or heater, but the window a/c works fast, and the 3 or 4 heaters built into the wall of each room also work great.
 
If you want to stay away from the congestion of the big city and enjoy a little small town setting, then this is a good choice at Airway Heights.
