Ed's right, the Stratford Library is excellent. The building is HUGE and you can find just about anything you want. They also offer a large number of community programs, lectures, etc. The librarians are extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. Many moons ago, I had a paper to write (when  I was in high school, before the Internet was around) and the staff was incredibly helpful.
