I'll start with, I am not a seafood person, no lobster, no shellfish in general. I do eat tuna and swordfish and have been known to enjoy a garlic/butter mussel or two.
The guys who run this place treat you like they have known you forever. I witnessed their customer interaction after being there for about 20 minutes and ordering, NY sirloin strips, rib eyes, and baby back ribs. NOTICE no mention of any sort of fish order at this point. We did bring home tuna steaks, those of which they sliced to a thickness of my decision. Oh yeah, they did that with the steaks as well. I think we left with 1.5lbs of cooked shrimp that looked amazing, even to a non-shrimp cocktail eater.
Please stop by this place if you are in Stowe and want amazing fish, steak, or even pollo, that is chicken for you non-Spanish speakers.
No doubt you will get amazing service and/or the best seafood, beef, pork, or poultry ever.
