Up-charged 80% during covid state of emergency which only allowed 10% upcharge.
Was patronized as if I was the one in the wrong then partially reimbursed. They still owe hundreds which they stole from my account without consent or notification.
Get reimbursed.

Madi was the ABSOLUTE BEST! she helped me when I first signed up and made the process super easy. She helped me when I needed to close out my account really fast. Her customer service skills were superb. I would definitely recommend this storage unit for all of your needs it's definitely worth it!!!

I am terrible with names, so sorry to the amazing woman who helped us yesterday! But overall great experience! We were given a tour of the facility, the manager working was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. And the price is very reasonable for size of the storage unit.

A+++++ exceptional customer service from Maddie and Jason! We had a wonderful experience with them from the beginning all the way to the end. Great communication and they're very funny and friendly. My husband Josh and I have quite some standards especially now that we are in military. Storage mart on Walters has provided us with storage services and wonderful staff that we highly recommend to others!! You won't regret it. We love the security and cleanliness of the area. If we need storage again or at any point in the future we'll definitely look for storage mart again wherever we are. Thank you so much Maddie and Jason. We appreciate you!

Don't book online or AT ALL...Male "Manager" called me "Babe/Honey" after telling me they couldn't refund a online processing fee after I changed my mind within 1HOUR. The prices are not even competitive...look somewhere else.
