Stocker Oil

Service was a nightmare from the outset. First mechanic sent over was an absolute idiot who seemed intoxicated or perhaps just stupid. While working on my boiler there was an incredibly loud noise. Said he dropped a tool. Later during cleaning a 1 cent screw was taken off boiler exhaust & placed above on flat part of boiler. The screw was never replaced & exhaust pipe slipped (2" gap) & carbon monoxide came into my house for months.

Fire department & police came once

Nobody could figure out what was going on so figured it was chimney needing a insert. Stocker insisted my boiler required a 7" insert (wrong 6 " would have worked & gone in like butter). Nightmare getting it in and cost $3000 plus. After all that a chimney company owner checked the boiler and found the gap in exhaust and the screw placed above on shelf in boiler.

Both the idiot & service manager no longer there so when my new oil company merged with Stocker took a shot and briefly transferred back. Assumed on 30 day payment standard schedule but it was 15 & on one of several payments I paid on 17 or 18th day. Got a letter freezing my account sane day my electronic check arrived. My credit rating averages 820-830. No phone call or any notification of their 15 day policy.

I left for second time & my advice is to run as far away from this outfit as you can. I would rather put a cigarette out on my eye then deal with them again.

I had been ordering my own oil by "will call" for years every since my original oil provider closed shop as I could never find a good provider. Recently heard about Stocker....well worth the wait! So far excllent service and great professional and pleasant office staff! Recently had my burner tuned ... they came within 2 days of my request...and it was'nt an emergency...other companies said I would need to wait until next year? Technician was very knowledgeable....burner running excellent. Pricing is very reasonable for both service and oil. Very good communication....phone, email, texts, US Postal. Make sure you give Stocker a try!! Family owned....they are doing a great job!!!

I contacted several oil suppliers with no luck before calling Stocker. The very friendly phone representative not only answered all of my questions, but she was able to schedule a delivery for that day!

The delivery driver was kind, professional, and quickly filled my tank and started my system. He also asked me several questions about my neighborhood to ensure that my service would be uninterrupted this winter. I'm looking forward to having Stocker take care of me and my system!

We wouldn't go anywhere else. Fair, professional, organized, easy to reach, trustworthy. Can't ask for much more.

By far the most professional and knowledgeable company in the business. My home oil burner was set up wrong by the original installation company.
Stocker oil researched the issue directly from the manufacturer. They found a misprint in the manuals that has now been corrected. The boiler now has no smell, no exhaust smoke, quieter and runs less often. Jared at Stocker Oil couldn't fix the problem I called about, but took the time to look up another local company that would. I appreciated that.

We've worked with Stoker for almost 4 years now for heating oil supply, and found the team to be great. Two out of two emergency calls were handled immediately and professionally. They are patient with out new-to-oil heat questions and we worked with them on a new furnace / gas installation quote (to be done in the future) which was the most thorough and fair of the four quotes we got.

The whole team at stocker oil is incredibly professional and helpful. They answer any and all questions have fair pricing and are there when you need them. I had a new boiler and water heater installed and the work they did is as good and better than I could have hoped. They know what your individual home is going to need and they talk you through the entire process and let you know your options along the way. I couldn't be happier with how the work turned out.

If I could give no stars, I would. The customer service is abominable. Pray that you don't need them for an on-call job, to repair something they installed. You will get the run around, and in the end, no help, on a unit that is still under warranty. Poor customer service, and the service "manager", Mark, is one of the most unprofessional people I've come across. Thank you, Stocker Oil, for leaving this Mom with three children, with no hot water for two days. I went with a far more reputable company, and I'd suggest anyone else, do the same!

This company is absolutely terrific. Yesterday Jimmy, Brad, Adam and Lonnie removed my old boiler and water heater and installed a new Bosch boiler and Super Stor water heater. They were efficient and neat. We had heat and hot water by the end of the day. Excellent installation. Dan gave us an estimate that was reasonable and explained what was expected from both sides. He was always available to answer my questions. I could not be more satisfied. Thanks to both the sales and installation team. Great job!!!
